One of the Best Hotel that I have stayed with. Woundeful moment that I have shared with Avianna Gangtok Prime. Very cosy, spacious and comfortable rooms with beautiful Kangchenjunga view. Property hygiene is well maintained, Staff are very cooperative, friendly and helpful. Resturant served us with mouth watering foods. I suggest all my friends and family to Visit Gangtok Prime one when you are I Gangtok.

One of the worst Hotel. The behaviour of the front office staff was very rude. They don't even have the etiquette how to talk with the people forget about the guest. I don't recommend this property to anyone. This property is not up to the mark to regard as an star property.🤮🤮

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I had booked a "deluxe" room, but what I got was nothing like what was promised. The room was more like a storage space—dark, cramped, and neglected, with wires hanging out of the walls. The bathroom was in bad shape and didn't meet even basic standards of cleanliness or comfort. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and unhelpful. The service was appalling, and the manager’s response to my concerns was unbelievable. He actually said that the quality of rooms depends on "luck." This is not what anyone should expect from a hotel. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise you to think twice before booking here. The positive reviews seem fake, and I would have given this hotel 1 star if I could. Avoid at all costs!

Good location. Good food. Nice and specious rooms with great view. Value for money.highly recommended for the persons who want cosy and comfy hotel rooms.staffs are welcoming.Only Hotel needs some improvement in services like housekeeping.

Undoubtedly the greatest advantage of this property is its vicinity to the center of attraction of Gangtok, M.G. Marg. Besides, there’s a local taxi stand just outside the hotel that makes quick booking for city tour real convenient. Rooms are broad, cosy and premium with all necessary amnesties. Staff is very courteous and humble. Loved the dining area with quite a wide variety of choices in breakfast buffet as well as al-a-carte. Staff in the dining area are very prompt in their service. My only suggestion is to include complementary breakfast to room tariff of Rs.3000 and above.
