Chumbi Residency

It was a awesome stay in Kanta Chumbi, Treenz lite. Hotel is at very good location with view. One can see Khanchendzongha from room's window also it's 200 m M.G. marg. Restaurant food taste is good. Hotel staff is very caring. I would like to give a special call out to "Karma" for his cooperation and support during our stay. One should definitely consider this option, during the Gangtok stay.

Excellent stay, we ordered a Ala carte which was very good in taste thanku chef receptionist staff was very humble they make my stay memorable by providing good view Ms Apeksha Mr Karma room buffet breakfast was very good services was very good keep it up your good services.

We stayed at Treenz Hotel our experience was excellent, All the staff was very helpful and Co operative Mr Karma and Ms Apeksha from Reception is very good always smiling and services are also superb the taste of food was very good feel like a home, I recommend to my friends to stay there, such a wonderful stay We will definitely visit again. Thank you too all team for make our stay memorable..

1. The room was good in size. 2. But there are something that can be improved like providing basic amenities like dental kit, shampoo and moisturiser, slippers, hair dryer (if possible). 3. Room service was excellent. 4. Taste of food can be improved. It was good sometimes but not all time. 5. View from the room was great. (I stayed in Room 204) 6. Best thing is it is near to Mall Road. (Walking distance hardly 200-300m) 7. Spa service can also be included in the hotel if possible.

The property is definitely well maintained but is a a lot over priced for what they are offering. The view from the hotel is not that great. It’s situated in a crowded area and the breakfast buffet was very very normal too. Usually hotels offers free laundry and even if they don’t charging 1000rs for 5 clothes was incredible. Not worth the money! U get better options for lower price.

Excellent experience..Near by MG Road we enjoying very much. ***agement is also very nice. Safe n comfortable. We also enjoy delicious food.

Excellent stay, fantastic hospitality, good house keeping, authentic food,ambience was really good, specially the restaurant with different upholster and a lovely terrace garden sitting arrangement, staffs were polite, would like to visit again.

The Chumbi Residency, ***aged by Treenz, stands out as one of Gangtok's hidden gems. Just a 15-minute stroll from either end of the MG Marg, this property not only exudes regal charm but also embraces guests with a genuine warmth, echoing the hospitable spirit of the Himalayan people. Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a sleek white sash, symbolizing the majestic Kanchenjunga, which looms in the distance, offering a heavenly spectacle through the reception hall's panoramic windows. But the heart of the Chumbi Residency is its staff. Karma and Apeksha at the reception desk are very welcoming. Gyaltsen was very caring. His camaraderie with the kids made us feel like we were at home. The rooms were clean, service was impeccable and overall it was a 5 ⭐ experience!!

The room waas good, bathroom should have been taken care of. The best part of my stay was that in my room I had a 3 cut glass window of mountain view and Kanchanjungha was fully viewable from the bed. Ala carte food was good but the breakfast buffet was not of good choice. Room service was little slow so they must buck up. Otherwise it is very much advisable to stay there.
