距離江陵站步行五分鐘，周邊公交線路多，可以直達正東津和註文津。環境也還不錯，前台雖然不會英文，但會用翻譯軟件努力熱情溝通。

인근 모텔에 비해서는 저렴한 편이지만 엘리베이터도 없구 시설이 상당히 노후되어 있었습니다.
