The service surpasses our expectations. The staff are polite, efficient, and always ready to help. Special credit goes to General Manager Hong who speaks good English and would always walk an extra mile to give us assistance.
The environment is commendable. The hotel is clean and comfortable with a chic design. The room is brightly lit and spacious. We appreciate the practical design, such as power points conveniently equipped right in front of the working table.
We like the cozy meeting area on G/F where we can gather for a chat and savor a cup of complimentary tea or coffee. Besides, we recommend the Italian restaurant, Brother & Brother, on the 9/F. The menu mainly offers pizza, pasta and risotto. Breakfast, which must be booked in advance, include orange juice, coffee, cereal and a sumptuous sandwich fully packed with healthful vegetables, egg, ham and cheese. Anyway, the food is delicious, sometimes with a Korean twist. It is good value for money. The restaurant also has a good view overlooking the mountains and the wind turbines from afar.
Overall, we are very satisfied with The HongC Hotel. The stay was pleasant and happy.

호텔 로비는 모던한 인테리어에 새건물같은 쾌적함이 있습니다. 다만, 저녁 체크인할때 직원분 불친절하고, 샤워하는곳이 배수가 잘 안되어 발목까지 물이 차있는 상태로 샤워해야했습니다. 체크아웃할때 젊으신직원분 매우 친절했습니가. 다른직원들과 다르게 상냥하셔서 감사드립니다. 다른 객실의 소리가 들리는것은 아니고, 전체적으로 조용한 편인데, 어디선가 나는 웅웅거리는 기계 소음이 밤새 들립니다. 주차장은 건물옆 2칸정도 기계주차타워에 넣기 어려운 차들을 위해 있고, 기계주차타워 이용해야합니다. 주변에 호텔/모텔들이 많아선지, 건물근처 주차 매우 어렵습니다. 호텔에서 주차해도 된다는곳의 호텔주변 지도를 주는데, 지금이 휴가시즌이라선지 원래 그런곳인지 모르겠지만, 주차 어렵습니다. 베딩은 괜찮은 편이나 매트리스는 기숙사 침대에서 느끼던 가벼운 스프링 느낌이 난다 할까요.. 트립닷컴 홈페이지에 추가인원 얼마라는 공지없었으나, 유아 1박에 2만2천원 추가요금있고, 외부음식 반입 금지라고 합니다. 성수기라서 1박에 25만원가까운 금액에 2박 했는데, 만일 성수기 아닐때 10만원 초반대의 가격이라면 몰라도, 다시 방문하고 싶지는 않습니다.

언니랑 여행하는데 휴가 기간이라 호텔 비용이 상승해서 지출가능 금액에 맞춘 호텔이었어요.
싱글 침대가 둘 있는 객실이었는데 침대 면적이 너무 좁아 불편했어요. 소음도 은근히 있구요.
호텔 관리해주시는 분들은 정말 친절하셨는데 시설이 조금 아쉬웠어요.
싼 가격이 아닌데 좀 불편했어요. 휴가 기간이라 가성비 없을 수 있어서 이해했네요
