Jeongdongjin Sol Lavue Hotel & Resort

The room condition is clean and good. The heating works well and there is no draft. Since it is a newly opened place, it feels like I spent a day in a model house room. It also smells a bit new. Although it is not in the picture, there is a proper built-in refrigerator/freezer of about 250L(?), a mini sink, and a microwave, which are usually installed in places like officetels. The bathroom is well-appointed with American Standard ceramics and faucets, but the shower booth has a space under it, so water overflows out of the shower booth. There is a GS convenience store and BBQ as a convenience facility, but there are no other facilities yet. There are some parts of the rooftop and common areas that are not yet finished with construction, but it was not a problem because I did not use them because it was winter.

It was the best accommodation. It is right next to Sun Cruise. The condition of the accommodation and the location were all the best, and the sunrise seen from the rooftop was a work of art. I recommend it.

I was worried because there were no reviews, but it was really good.

신축이라 전체적으로 깨끗하고 관리가 잘되어 있어요! 일회용품 칫솔치약은 없지만 기본적인 에머니티 다 있고 가성비가 아주 좋은 호텔입니다. 정동진 일출이나 썬크루즈 구경가기도 좋고 운행 버스 일일 차수가 몇대 없지만 호텔 입구 바로앞에 정류장 있어서 대중교통으로 이용하기 좋았어요~

강릉 여행중 정동진 일정이 있어 새로 생긴 솔라뷰 호텔&리조트를 선택했습니다 생긴지 얼마 안됐다하여 기대가 컸지요 엄마와 함께한 여행이라 강릉 시내에 머물까했는데 새로 오픈한곳이라하여 너무 가보고싶었어요 선택은 엄마가 했지만 적극적인 어필은 바로 나! 유명한 썬크루즈 바로 위에 위치한 솔라뷰 객실이 엄청 많았어요 제기억에는 279개의 객실이 있다는... 일단 진짜 호텔이다 여긴 말로만 호텔이 아니네 이런기분? 체크인 하는 로비에서 직원분 엄청 친절하세요 기분이 좋았어요 로비에 gs25편의점 비비큐 또 뭔가 하나 있었는데 기억이 잘.. 우리가족은 4층에 머물렀어요 뷰는 주차장뷰였습니다 ㅋㅋ 제개인적으로는 뷰는 크게 중요하지 않았어요 객실은 아담하니 좋았고요 전자렌지 건조대가 있었으며 냉장고도 빌트인으로 새거라 크고 깨끗했습니다 방에 처음 들어갔을때 서늘했는데 한시간정도 지나니 방 엄청 따듯했어요 엄마가 너무 좋아하셨어요 욕실 수압 좋아요 비데있어요 딱 한가지 단점을 꼽자면은 욕실 배수구가 좀 잘못된거같아요 배수가 원활하지 않아서 이용하기 불편했어요 가족여행하면서 너무 편하고 좋은추억을 남기고 온거같아요
