It's great value for money and the parking lot is large, which is nice. It's right in front of Gyeongpo Lake, so it's good for morning exercise.

1. Pros: Good price, convenient location if you drive (next to Gyeongpo Lake), convenient parking (large parking lot), friendly owner, water purifier and microwave on each floor, good for heating food, hot water comes out well 2. Cons: Central heating, so if you don't tell the counter, it can be a bit hot (there is air conditioning in each room), cleaning or towel change must be requested separately (they don't come in and do it randomly, which may be an advantage) Since it's an old place that was remodeled, there are traces of time on the fixtures, etc., but I think it's a great place for the price!! The most satisfying thing was the convenient parking.

Overall, I'm satisfied. However, it would have been great if there had been a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment... Even though it's a motel, I think it should have the basic amenities that vacationers want during the holiday season. It was a real shame that I couldn't buy and store food. I think that will be a major deterrent to future choices.

This is a great value accommodation in a great location. Gyeongpo Lake, Gyeongpo Beach, and Gyeongpodae are all within walking distance. Restaurants and convenience stores are conveniently located right in front and nearby. I had a great rest.
