The location is close to Gangneung station with easy access to all major attractions. The safety is very nice, there was two locked doors! The room was all you need!

All good and clean. Only face towels provided, could improve with bath towel. There is no water either tho I saw bottled water in the front office.

The staff is friendly, the location is good, near Gangneung Station, the facilities are good, and the soundproofing is great. There's a convenience store nearby, but it's a little difficult to find because it's in an alley.
They say they can speak English and Japanese, so it would be good for foreigners to come. The soundproofing is terrible....
