Decent and nice hotel. Caters to many couples and families who bring along their pet dogs etc. Seen like this is their specialty. Only thing we found strange was that they charge a hefty fee to use the swimming pool, even for hotel guests. The air conditioning also appears less than ideal, being fixed in terms of the temp setting. You cannot change or adjust it- which is not good

overall experience was decent, the location is the best part about this hotel. it was fairly crowded even on a weekday. the check in process was fine and the room quality overall was decent. the room and bathroom felt like it could need a deep cleaning. there is a infinity pool on the 20th floor and it was worthwhile, but they charge you an extra fee of ₩30,000 (masks mandatory). the breakfast buffet was a little disappointing, the majority of the food felt like it was low grade, and service was menial. the most disappointing part was the late night snack i chose to order from the BHC chicken place on the first floor. its crispy but there was literally so little meat, i was just eating the fried skin.. maybe because i went near closing time they gave me a bad batch, but overall super disappointing for the over marked price. there is also a small convenience store that stay open till 12am.

I went there with my husband. The hotel is really beautiful, I had a room with complete ocean view. The room was clean and nice decoration. There are some restaurants around the hotel. But we preferred to drive a little farther (1hour aprox) to check another beaches. We really enjoyed all the experience.

I went on a family trip with four people, including two kids and my wife. The hotel is right next to Gyeongpo Lake. It's close to the sea, great for walking around the lake, and the location is great. Perhaps because the facility is a new building, the room still smells like you would when you moved into a new house. And although I expected it, the room was narrower than it showed in the picture. However, considering the size of a typical hotel room, It's a duplex, so it's wide open, so it's less stuffy or stuff like that. However, the slope of the railing going up to the duplex is a bit high. It can be dangerous to go with very young children. At least a duplex unless your child is in elementary school or older. I would not recommend it if children are concerned about falling. The reason I gave the facility 3 out of 5 is because the railing height is too high and This is because the size of the indoor parking lot is too small. Of course, I was informed that I could use a public parking lot nearby. I parked there, but I have to endure some inconvenience. Other than this, the location and facilities are very good. The rooftop view is especially nice. I think it would have been nice if there was a cafe here so you could have a quick coffee or something. I received friendly guidance when checking in. The service is not directly related to the staff and service. I'm not sure if it's very good or bad. At the level of just going for a trip and sleeping, not a hotel stay. If you're looking for a clean hotel, it doesn't seem like a bad choice.

The family room has one large bed and two small beds. The surrounding area is very lively and very close to the Central Market. Traveling is very convenient. There are many buses to Gangneung Station, and there are also routes to Tofu Village, Gyeongpo Beach and other attractions. However, as the number of buses decreases, you need to watch the time carefully. Gangneung is a quiet seaside town, very suitable for tourism.

I came to see the winter sea alone. The hotel is so nice. Clean, comfortable and friendly A place that only I want to know about. . . It's quiet because it's near Songjeong Beach. You can have food delivered to you.

Very nice and clean modern facility, comfortable bed and convenient location with much to offer. The staff are very helpful even with the language barrier but they do their best to assist and help with finding stuff around town. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. I was here during the wildfire and strong winds and hotel staff put the patrons safety above all else and assist. Highly recommend this hotel for a safe enjoyable stay

It's so good for just 2 days and 1 night, and the bathroom is nice! The beach was also within walking distance, so the location was just right:) And it was looking east, so I woke up watching the beautiful sunrise~

It was a nice, clean 4-star hotel. It had a partial sea view, so it had a sense of openness, and the VR game room among the auxiliary facilities on the first floor was fun. Geumjin Hot Springs was large and neatly maintained and easy to use, but it was a bit disappointing that there was no shared space for men and women like a sauna. I used room service and the food was delicious, but there was no separate dining table and I had to eat at a small tea table, so it was a bit cramped and uncomfortable. Geumjin Port is close to the hotel and the view is good. Breakfast was also good.

I was looking for a place to take the kids in a hurry. Most popular hotels are already sold out. The condition is in front of the sea, two children (preschoolers) Because it was the peak season, the brown dot was also sold out. After thinking about it for a few days, there was a room, so I quickly booked it. The result is so satisfying! The water pressure was really strong and it was great! The sea was right in front of me, so it was comfortable to bathe. I couldn't play more because I went on the last day of vacation Next time, I wanted to stay overnight and take a rest. It was quiet even at night, so I slept well. I will go to see the sea again in the off season.
