設施：酒店很新，聽前台説幾個月前剛裝修升級，走廊裏還有一些新裝修的味道；房間配有製氧機，對緩解高反有所幫助，提醒入睡前務必關掉，聲音巨大，被吵醒好幾次。
衞生：還可以，整體比較新，看着乾淨清爽。
服務：淋浴冷熱水裝反了，孩子洗澡調了很久才反應過來，並且熱心告知前台，結果前台説他們知道，而且好幾間都裝反了，既然如此為啥不修正錯誤？早餐比較簡單，加1個孩子30元。

兒子非讓機器人送東西，説好新奇的，房間裏的智能音箱讓兩個傢伙玩的不亦樂乎，還有健身房，總的來説裝修大氣，房間住着也不錯，服務也很好，因帶着孩子，多送了酒店用品，還貼心的提示温差大，晚上外出添加衣裳，愉快的住房經歷。真心推薦！

房間大 可以開窗透氣 氣温低也不需要空調 前台服務反應很快 出門拔了房卡再插上就沒電了 向前台反應説可能跳閘了馬上去查看了 早餐確實如其他評論所説 牛奶非常淡 其它食物不挑的話也能吃飽 入住時給了一張餐券是兩大一小 正好我們還有一小不想吃 就沒花錢去買早餐

房間乾淨衞生，整體環境不錯，早餐相對單一，不過居然有手抓，但沒嘗試，畢竟早餐沒有吃羊肉的習慣，雖然帶娃入住最後還是給我了三張早餐券，但是如果一開始主動提供感受會完全不一樣，到的比較晚，但是外賣點餐挺方便。

客服服務態度非常差，摳門第一，小童早餐收費，不管幾歲小童，付費時候問早餐自助有多少個品種，酒店服務員説有48-50個品種，今天早上一看就15個品種，都是泠的，包麪（餛飩）一碗就二個，大大佩服，早上9點就沒有自助了，衞生倒是可以，因為新開業，建議就衹點普通標間，別點豪間，因為都是一樣的房間，價格不一樣，酒店態度非常差，入住房間後找客服要啥都要討價還價一番，否則不給，建議攜程上點，酒店收費貴，鴻湖酒店套路深

酒店的位置不錯，距離超市，吃飯的地方都很近。設施：第一個房間，淋浴房的水管有問題，一直出的是熱水，換了房間。
服務：要特別表揚一下前台的小哥，幫我們協調了房間，並且在新房間還試好了水温。
服務：早餐的服務上還要加強。收餐的速度不快。還有是牛奶很淡，感覺是奶粉沖泡的，不是鮮奶。在藏區不應該呀

環境：酒店坐落在藏城剛察。一座非常美麗乾淨有特色的小城。酒店位置非常方便，周圍有很多飯店，旁邊就是大廣場，晚上有廣場舞，很熱鬧。
