店不大，老闆人很好，很熱情。被子是絨的很暖和，備有製氧機，暖風機。很乾凈，一樓就是餐廳火鍋燒烤自助。

全五星好評，是此次出遊最滿意的一家酒店。老闆人很好，環境很不錯，乾淨衞生，有一次性浴巾和毛巾。一樓提供藏族服裝，還有拍照區，都是免費的。前台小姐姐人超好，還幫忙拍照。贊贊贊

訂的時候對酒店不抱期待，想着能住就行，大西北這邊的條件有限。到了之後真的還是有小小的驚喜，房間比較小清新。那天因為天氣太冷身體不舒服引起了高反，到店之後，前台小哥很熱情的領我去房間，幫我插好氧氣，很感動！

店家很熱情，小夥子幫忙把行李扛上樓，不容易。但是，房間的衞生和設施確實比較一般，不過在這個小城也算還能接受，而且還有供氧機，海拔確實高，晚上高反，很實用。但是隔音真的太差了，住的這層有帶孩子的，真的太吵了，還有晚到的，不隔音導致一層樓都能聽到聲音。

早酒店還不錯，關鍵有供氧讓老公的高原反應好了很多。雖然沒有電梯前台小哥也會幫拿行李進房間。最棒的是酒店剛開了一家自助火鍋！又便宜又好吃，住店客人還有優惠！很棒。

這個大炕房的床單是壓根不洗不換嗎？？床單上粘着頭髮，不明渣渣物，甚至還有幾根彎彎曲曲的毛……我差點yue出來……酒店裝修很有特色，但是衞生實在一言難盡。三百多一晚，類比剛察其他民宿，價格不算便宜。另外，身處高原地帶，這個酒店沒有電梯，帶長者孩子的，帶大箱子的，慎選。

前台愛答不理，早上還房卡也沒有人，房間馬桶裏的水特別黃，好久沒刷，尿漬嚴重。半夜有人入住吵得很，隔音太差，和店家反應也沒人管，一直到12點多才安靜點。
