Beautifully made boutique hotel with great views of the river.
The staff is unattentive and lazy.
The reception was very slow to revert on any query.
Rooms are spacious and clean.

Exceptional property with top notch hospitality, we even got a upgrade to a suite room from a pool view room, pool view rooms are highly recommended for a mesmerising view especially Room Nos. 116-119 on 1st floor, the view is all worth the money. Special mention for Mr. Ramnath Avhad who took care of our meals with the best of his services and even went out of the way to help us in setting up a huge table for 11 in the outside area for dinning.

Don’t expect 5 star mindset of employees. You will be in for rude shocks when they behave like a typical lodge(no offence) mindset. We specifically asked for packed breakfast at time of checkin and in morning Manager ( Dt 09 Mar 2025) behaved as if we are demanding extra favour and rudely tells that packed breakfast be chargeable. When complained we faced rebuttal as if we demanded kidney from gentleman. Price 5*, Property 5* but people 0*

Just returned from an amazing stay at Aria Resort and Spa, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! 🌴✨ From the moment we arrived, the front office staff welcomed us with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. Check-in was smooth and efficient, setting the perfect tone for our stay. The ambience is peaceful and beautifully maintained, creating a perfect setting for relaxation. The food was delicious, offering a good variety with great taste. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. And staff—extremely courteous and helpful and special thanks to the manager Mr.Rajneesh. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a pleasant environment.

Best place to stay, the view is bliss, cleanliness in the room is so proper. Nearby sula vineyard is also a place to be visited easily. Breakfast they serve was good.

Right from Check Inn to Check out everything went smoothly. Mr Karthik at the reception was welcoming and helpful. Food/ breakfast was tasty. The view from Lake View rooms was mesmerizing. Other staff were welcoming and room service was quick . The infinity pool was the highlight of the stay. One star less due to less indoor activities. Will recommend a stay to spend good time among nature especially in the monsoons.
