I booked a stay at hotel Asiana and when I called the property, they said they didn’t receive any booking confirmation and the hotel is sold out. It was around 2 am and I had to check in at 5 am. The property person said he won’t help me . I did and then they assigned me another hotel, in which we went to check in it was also full so we got a permanent room for 2 hours and then they shifted us to our room. And that too the amenities were not same, the room was very congested as compared to the room I booked. Though the customer care guy was nice, he made sure I don’t face any issue regarding my check in another hotel

Very good hotel, with very good staff . Thanks for a nice experience. When I came, the lobby had a good smell. And the room was clean and tidy The bed bathroom was clean and smelled good.

The room was clean & well furnished but they don't put soap or handwash liquid in the bathroom otherwise it is good to stay at this hotel

The room, which was supposed to be an executive luxury room for ₹8,000, was extremely filthy and unclean. The bedsheet had visible stains, and the bathroom smelled like a public restroom. There were no basic amenities in the room—not even soap, towels, or drinking water. When we requested these essentials, the staff was rude and demanded an additional service charge just to change the bedsheet and provide soap! It’s shocking to pay ₹8,000 for a room that, on any other day, wouldn’t be worth more than ₹800-₹1,000. The images shown are extremely misleading!

Staff was cooperative and stay was good. checkin and checkout was easy and quick. Rooms are clean. overall good experience.

The entry lift was terrible. No hospitality by staff. They asked for tips. Heater was not functional. Ac was not properly working. Over all not satisfied.
