I like the hotel but I Believe compare to other accor property. Like Novotel the overall breakfast and dinner menu was nice but this was okay..

Wonderful experience here at Grand Mercure. The service during the morning buffet was particularly good. Joy from the waiting staff was very good and careful with the details.

Stayed for 13th June the Friday night in the room 9008. Very nice hotel, rooms and the courteous staff. The rooms are small but yet very well furnished. Small yet very comfortable bed. Small bathroom but yet clean and well equipped with necessary amenities. Good food. Availed of the breakfast only. One could find all kinds of delicacies in the menu. The staff is young enthusiastic and helpful. In fact, when I checked out, had forgotten my trouser in the wardrobe of the room and recollected that more than 24 hours later after I reached my home in Surat. Called reception then who directed me to their lost and found section. The person incharge there was very courteous, told me that he will call me back after due inquiry. Called me and arranged to return me the same. Impressive.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a high standard of hygiene throughout. The space was very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided – everything I needed was readily available. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-kept place to stay!
