Rooms are quite specious heart of the city, breakfast also good. Staff are very corporate, at restaurant they only serving breakfast. Rest all like lunch and dinner they served at your room only. Wifi speed should be more better and check in check out time is a issue there.

I have been staying at this hotel for past 3 years. I have noticed their building maintenance is getting worse by the day. There is terrible seepage and dampness in most of the rooms and the bed sheets have small holes in them. Sheets and pillow cases were not changed regularly since i stayed for 13 days. The curtains, cushions etc are dusty as they may not have been cleaned in the whole year maybe. There were small insects and lizards in the room which is air conditioned so there are no open-able windows to let them out either. This is a pity as this is the best hotel option in adipur and i always opt to stay here. The staff is excellent- very polite and efficient but the owners management needs to look into repairs and maintenance

Rooms are comfortable and stay is five star, I love the caring of staff as friendly mostly bijoy who always take care whenever we visit the hotel,the housekeeping clearing line is so very nice, I always been as familiar to this hotel, I love the service and behavior of staff I always recommended this hotel, Special thanks to Raju and vishal was making comfortable stay. Good hotel in adipur, Friendly Staff also very very tasty food. Manager Mr. Bijoy and Mr. Santosh were taking care of us. Cleaning and rooms service staff are too good, We will come back again to stay here whenever we require. Thank you again, Managemant and Team

It was an amazing experience. The hotel gave us a lot of good memories. It was a wonderful trip. The staff were cooperative and the food of the hotel was amazing and hygienic too. Overall, the property was very well maintained

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
