During my stay, i was quite disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The bedsheets and other linens appeared to be poorly cleaned, which made the room feel unhygienic. Additionally, the room itself was in bad condition, with visible wear and tear on the furniture and walls. This greatly affected my comfort throughout the stay.

The hotel rate, according to the facilities and services, was too expensive comparative to any other property. Moreover, the washroom were not clean. The blanket were not available and on request at night they provide the old blanket which were also not comfortable for night. Rest, staff were helpful & good behavior

1. Water leakage in bathroom with tiles broken 2. There was no lift. 3. The intercom wire was not working properly.

Very b rust hotel, no proper room, and behavior of also very bed. Very small room. Also taking double amt extra charges. No fine location properly. We are very disappointed in this hotel

I stayed here for 7 day's only one day they provide me, shampoo, rest day's they will not provide, room service not done' on daily basis, i will not recommend this hotel.

It's high-level 3rd class hotel which is not capable for 1 star. There is no room cleaning service available during the stay and also 2 bathroom and toilet attached with 1 window to another room without any ventilation. It means if your neighbors do toilet then your room was highly fill with bad smell. When i asked for room cleaning and room fresher they did not come nor even going to asked any feedback about anything when i complained the same. Also there is only 1 towel services available ***** with 1 shop no more toiletries are provided by them water quality is very bad in bathroom and this is a lodge not a hotel category. Also i am facing the issue in breakfast. They charged me 50% extra when i check in early. The check in time is 12 and check out time is 10. Hotels did not provide proper 24hr facilities also. This is very third class services from third class hotel management.
