Always have been an impressive one here.... Generally facility is tip top on point. But the service from staff seems to be degraded over time. My last visit in 2024 was much better where staff were more professional and on time. Asked for several things and they always kept me waiting and never came back. A staff was even still promoting the hotel asking for review on spot in the restaurant. I would not appreciate it this way.... A lot of things can be done better on this. The rest clean room and okish location. No complain on those it was still on point and good. Keep up the good maintenance... and pushing up some service skills for the team. I will still come agian :) Radisson generally are still good as of my personal opinion.

There was some train noise nearby, but it was the best in the area, had good English service, and the food was decent.

The reception was impeccable. The production using a buggy is also pleasant. However, I was disappointed that the staff at the breakfast buffet seemed unmotivated, didn't show us where to sit, and just walked around aimlessly and wouldn't respond unless we called out to them. I was pouring coffee for Western guests.

From breakfast to dinner, every meal was a highlight of my stay. Special compliments to the chef and the culinary team for their creativity and attention to detail. The service was just as impressive—friendly, prompt, and thoughtful. Dining here felt like a fine dining experience every single day. I truly looked forward to every meal and can’t recommend it enough!
