Radisson Resort & Spa Kandla

Always have been an impressive one here.... Generally facility is tip top on point. But the service from staff seems to be degraded over time. My last visit in 2024 was much better where staff were more professional and on time. Asked for several things and they always kept me waiting and never came back. A staff was even still promoting the hotel asking for review on spot in the restaurant. I would not appreciate it this way.... A lot of things can be done better on this. The rest clean room and okish location. No complain on those it was still on point and good. Keep up the good maintenance... and pushing up some service skills for the team. I will still come agian :) Radisson generally are still good as of my personal opinion.

Great clean with nice staff and delicious food

I had an excellent experience thanks to Ranju at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel truly welcome. Ranju is extremely professional, polite, and always willing to help with any request. He handled everything efficiently and made the entire process smooth and pleasant. His positive attitude and calm, confident manner left a great impression and truly enhanced my experience. It’s rare to find someone so genuine and dedicated to making guests comfortable.
