I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The property offers absolutely stunning views that make the entire atmosphere unforgettable. The rooms are spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. What impressed me the most was the professionalism and warmth of the staff – they are well-trained, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thanks to Adil Zahoor for his exceptional support and hospitality, which made my stay even more memorable. Let me start by saying that the views from the room were stunning! Now for the reality of service at this hotel. As someone who's traveled extensively within and outside India I can confirm Indian hospitality is unbeatable. Except at the Four Seasons Sheraton. Not only was The hotel basic and the approach to it worse than a dirt road the staff was rude and poorly trained. Further it was all male who were utterly creepy and suspicious looking. As a solo female traveler I felt unsafe staying at the hotel. I went there expecting a consistent international experience seeing as it is a Marriot property but I was shocked. I checked in around 9:30pm , the staff at the reception was a student who thought two twin beds was an upgrade from a king bed. We had booked a higher grade room but we were given the "upgrade". I was so tired that I had didn't bother. The guy walked me to my room and promptly informed me that there was no AC only a room cooler. Which I saw because it was parked inside the room. No problem ! Will manage! I guess Kashmir doesn't get that hot. The staff responsible for in room dining was especially cringey. They would loiter and stall once inside the room. I had to ask them to leave a couple of times. There were random knocks on the door to deliver items that I hadn't asked for. The dining hall was dirty and poorly kept. The food choices were below average and the wait staff was non -existent and one guy who was there mostly non-responsive, never available /seen on the floor of the restaurant and utterly creepy. The day time receptionist was no better. Equally rude, unkempt and least interested in doing his job. The lobby restroom lights were usually turned off and if one had to use it the receptionist had to turn the lights on. The bell boy - also unkempt and rude. I must mention that the finishing of the rooms as well as the hotel exterior were sub par and although it is new ,it looked old and in need of repair. Definitely not going back and I do not recommend! Especially if you're a solo female traveler, stay away !

The worst experience in my lifetime in any hotel. I was forced to check out within an hour. Shabby dirty rooms, basic food unavailable. The overall service standard very poor, the manager and reception staff non cooperative.

I guess this property may have the best views of ******** valley from the rooms. Rooms may feel a bit outdated but still are comfortable. Restaurant is pretty good and so was the food. We felt the hotel lacked adequate staff as the service from reception to house keeping to Restaurant.. all were slow.

Amazing view from the rooms. Food was decent. Front desk - The front desk staff was at best average and did not receive even a courteous smile during our stay. While checking out the approach road was covered snow and we were dependent on the hotel vehicle to drop us to the main road which would be 500m away. They have just 1 car doing the rounds and with 4 families checking out, the waiting time just to get dropped off reached 30 min. They could have been easily better prepared for this. Room maintenance - Even though the hotel is a new property, the room already needed maintenance. The shower area was getting clogged, the sockets were broken. Facilities - Considering the grade of the hotel, the hotel had no amenities. Just the rooms and the restaurant. Room size - could not have been smaller
