Beautiful property very warm and lots of greenery and plants very nice land scaping. Room & bathroom was very good and spacious. Nazare resturant was excellent and chef Ashish served us amazing food as per our choice. Access to the beach was very good Overall superrr stay will recommend 👌

5*s! As always, we wish to leave a glowing review for our stay at Novotel Dona Sylvia. We returned here after getting married at this very venue 5 years ago - we wished to come back to reminisce and unwind and it was the most perfect stay of our trip to India. Gita and the rest of the Novotel Staff (Anant, Anjali, Gavin to name just a few) were attentive, super lovely and made us feel as though we had returned home, which was furthered when we also met the General ***ager on our last day. The team pulled out every stop and made us feel extremely welcome and at ease, especially when we landed at midnight - they did everything they could to accommodate us with checkin and a snack before sleeping. The pool, breakfast buffet food service and grounds were excellent - we cannot thank the Novotel Team enough for all their thoughtful details to celebrate our anniversary (including a cake and a personalised, heartfelt card). We thoroughly enjoyed walking through the hotel, the serenity pool and the easy access to the beach - for sure we will be back in the coming years. The team pulled out all the stops for the most memorable and unforgettable stay, we cannot thank you enough - the charm of Dona Sylvia has indeed lived on and will be with us for our whole lifetime. Far from the beach (3 km), but there is a transfer from the hotel upon request at a time. Breakfasts are great!!! better than other hotels - choice of dishes and even has a coffee machine....which is very rare in India (though for an additional fee) they provide beach towels - also not often in India water in the room, internet Nearby there is a shop with drinks and a mini market Nearby there is an excellent cafe FISHKA - the best place for dinner in Goa that we visited - I recommend it to everyone Overall, the best hotel of the three in Goa that we visited during our 12-day vacation and at the same time cheaper than the others.
