I will review 100% HONESTLY as follows:
1. Cleanliness
The bathroom was dirty, the floor was dirty, there were cockroaches, the cupboard was dusty, the sheets were dusty
2. Facilities
The AC isn't cold enough, it's just a breeze, the pillows are really thin and need to be replaced, the toilet seat doesn't work, the TV is off (certain rooms), the towels for bathing are dirty (not white anymore), there's no drinking water either, the doormat is dirty, the light in the upstairs room only 1 is not bright enough.

The point is, it's an old school hotel that isn't well maintained.
3. Service
The staff was not friendly, when they were invited to chat, they were given input that wasn't listened to, instead they ran away, they weren't informed about free breakfast when they checked in. It should have been explained, instead the customer was the one talking.
The parking area is quite spacious (+)
Basically, it's not a RECOMMENDATION for those of you who want to stay, it's better to look for a hotel or other accommodation rather than regret it.

Came here because I ran out of hotels in Malioboro 😌
actually this hotel is good. It's just not well maintained.
The room wasn't clean, there were lots of srawang, the TV didn't turn on, the bathroom smelled like pee wasn't removed. You can't get hot water, the toilet water can't work either.
There is no soap, mineral water, let alone tea/coffee. In the application it says breakfast is included but it turns out there isn't any. If you come, the price is only 200 thousand which is standard, but here it's 227 thousand but there's still no breakfast 😁
The good thing is that the AC is still quite cold, the father is friendly, the location on the side of the road is great.
