Good as always staff are good and very friendly and ill definitely be back to stay here again.

Hotel is conveniently located with easy bus transportation to explore city . Has ample parking lots . Room is comfortable with good spread breakfast . Services at breakfast and counter staffs are very good and helpful .

Easy online booking. Location was great.

Food in resturant was good. Worth a visit. Staff were really helpful and pleasant

You can open a separate bill for breakfast. The overall environment is quieter than the city center. There are three buses in front of the door that can go into the city. There is an airport bus in the opposite direction. There are supermarkets around. The hotel itself has lunch and dinner for 20 euros per person.

I stayed at Flannery’s Hotel Galway for two nights as part of a tour group. It located a short bus ride away from the centre of the city and is is a fair walk from shops and services but not difficult to get to by any means. I stayed in a twin room and both the room itself and the hotel complex were clean and well maintained. Staff were respectful and helpful throughout my stay, getting fans for our room on two occasions to make myself and my friends stay more comfortable. The room was spacious and catered to our needs well. The breakfast provision was decent however the hot food is served by a staff member and can only be accessed once as they run it by a voucher system. As well, for those with dietary requirements the staff were a bit unsure of the nut contents of foodstuffs during breakfast as well as in a dinner service. We enjoyed the dinner but more options for those with dietary requirements and restrictions would be beneficial as pickings were limited or not able to be met for the three courses provided. That said, this is a lovely hotel, one I would recommend to those coming to Galway. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Great Hotel. Wondeful staff at every level...some lazy but everyone is human. Very responsive to guest needs and requests. Food is excellent in all areas especially breakfast. Receptionists are beautiful, friendly, and helpful with real Galway accents and welcome..not the fake programmed accents common in other places. This hotel keeps up consistent standards over my many visits.

My husband and I stayed in Flannery hotel many times over the years.  It lnever fails to provide an efficient, well run and friendly service in all departments.    The restaurant provided a meal to cater for a  food intolerance with the minimum of fuss.
