Great location in the heart of the city square, only a few minutes away from the bus stop. Our room was good and check in via lockbox was seamless. The only complaint is that since there’s no reception or lobby, we had nowhere to leave our bags since we arrived early due to the bus schedule, and check in was later in the day. Luckily our room ended up being ready sooner and we only had to carry our bags around for an hour, but travellers coming earlier in the day should take this into consideration. I wish we knew this before we arrived!

I missed my connecting bus from cork and was stuck with a room to stay in. The hotel couldn’t have been anymore helpful in me getting accommodation. Very comfortable room at great value. The bedroom is so spacious and very comfortable.Couldn’t recommend it more.

Booked for one night, however due to a family bereavement I couldn’t attend. I contacted them BEFORE my stay to cancel as I could no longer attend. They still took the money out of my account. And then proceeded to ignore all my emails and I spoke with someone on the phone who said they’d look into it but I’ve not heard anything back.

Great central location and very reasonably priced. Would definitly recommend to anyone visiting and wants to be in the heart of Galway. Rooms were spotless. This was my second time booking here and certainly will again! As we were staying in group we found the lock box for keys so handy. Thank you to Candice for looking after us ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lovely place to stay.. ideally located next to Eyre Square. Stayed here a few times and always has been a pleasant experience. Super quiet and secure throughout. Rooms were always very clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the area. Definitely will be staying again !!
