The location is good, that's the only positive thing. The room was musty, the air conditioning was leaking and the carpet in front of it was wet. The bathroom was extremely slippery due to the humidity. The highlight was that it started dripping from the ceiling at night. I've never had such a bad room. I can't rate the breakfast because there was nothing there. Too many guests, too little space and unfriendly staff.

Nice hotel, only thing is the heat is not working in the rooms and it droped to 38 deg last night. They did offer additonal blankets. Bed was comfy and warm.

The room was basic. Temperature control unit was noisy. The lobby furniture was dirty and uncomfortable. The breakfast was the best part of the hotel. Well stocked with many options. We just did an overnight stay. Any more, we would have go e to another hotel. The location was not the best either.

Overall a great place to stay. Great beds! Hotel looks to need some renovating. Few places that the ceiling was messed up in and you could tell they painted over spots with a different color paint. Rooms were clean. Safe parking. Would prefer some additional hot foods for breakfast, but it was good. Front desk clerk had previously been dealing with a rude customer but when she checked us in, she was very polite and professional. Will definitely stay here again. Very convenient to the cruise terminal. Could do without the $10 parking, but it wasn't a deal breaker for us.
Very easy to walk the seawall/beach and close to some restaurants and fast food places.

Arrived and was told our room was dirty and not able to occupy. Then was told they did not have any availability. They ended up letting us stay in a dirty room with soaking wet floors. The worst experience ever!

A/C didn’t work
When I talked to the front desk lady she said nothing can be done about it. I would have to wait for the manager in the morning. This place is a joke

My only complaint is that the phone wasn't working. Wanted to ask if there were any ice makers on any of the floors besides 1st floor. Our room was on the 5th floor so after seeing our floor didn't have one. I had to go all the way down to the 1st floor. Well that ice machine was either out of ice or broken, so they gave me ice from the kitchen.
