Looks like efforts are being made to improve property. Outdated areas, lots of exterior work needs to be done. Rooms are not horrible but need a facelift.

For the price it was great! We had the double Queen room and had a microwave, coffee maker and a fridge. Very clean, just very dated. No first floor, and no elevator to help with luggage. Breakfast very subpar.

The furniture in the lobby dining area is awful. The chairs and couch’s are coming apart!

It's a bit hard to get to as it is off the beaten track but really has an opportunity to be more than it is. Needs some upgrades in a big way but clean and beds were good.

The hotel is very basic but it served our purpose of a one night stay prior to our cruise. The free cruise parking is a big plus as the Galveston port charges $147.00 for 7 days! There is a shuttle bus that charges $10/person each way so you still save over $100. Breakfast is free too.

2nd stay before a cruise. Staff is welcoming, rooms are good for cost. Love free parking and the shuttle drivers are very kind and friendly.

The place is old. Needs pain in the rooms and you can tell where the mold was painted over in some areas. But overall clean of you just need a place to crash and bathe.
