Hotel is by the beach where you can walk across the road to go to the beach.

The front desk was helpful and friendly. I love the self serve beverages and fruit in the lobby. That was nice and unexpected. The hot breakfast was descent/good. Better than continental breakfast. The bed was ok but the bathroom smelled of urine the whole time we stayed there. There were tiny bugs crawling all around the tub. We couldn't open the safe and went to use the phone to call front desk then found out it did not work. Had to walk to the office to notify them which the maintenance guy came right way to open it. I love the location but overall the place is out dated and need major work. I was surprised there weren't any noise outside the room or other rooms around us considering the place was completely booked.

Beachfront and beautiful. Great breakfast, comfortable bed, clean room, laminate floor. Pet friendly and free lighted parking. Beautiful pool, friendly customer service and updated property for a great price.

The safety latch on the door was broken and the safe in the room didnt work. The staff a t the front desk was very helpful though.

The hotle was dated and unkept. Only working ice machine was in the lobby which closed at 10 pm. Breakfast was cold and unflavored. No coffee or waffel mix. Room smelled of pot, sheets were very worn, and the remote was missing its back so the batteries were taped in. Only nice feature was the
location to the beach. Would not retrun.

Went to a wedding and needed a less
expensive option since it was Mardi Gras weekend and cruise ship weekend. While this hotel was affordable it doesn’t make up for the fact that as soon as I got in my hotel room I had to fix the toilet that the staff or cleaning service should have known was not in fully functional order. Lights didn’t work in the room. Breakfast tasted like watered down apple juice and gross gravy. Stay here only if you must.

The room was fairly clean but the shower situation was sub par. The hot water was not hot and the handle was not working properly. No view from our room and we were back in a very dark area on the 4th floor. Not worth the money we spent in the end. Lesson learned for next time

Rooms were decent but lamp shades were dirty and walls of bathroom was a bit dirty. There was a slight mold smell. Also we booked 2 nights initially and then booked online again for 2 more nights. At 4 am another guest was checked in to our room and attempted to enter. They never fully checked us back In despite me going down that morning and Informing them that I’d booked more nights.
I will say that the hotel compensated us slightly by refunding one night and letting us stay for free . Staff was polite and helpful and definitely sensitive when it came to the situation.

Unfortunately my expectations were higher considering the cost of my stay. For more than $100 a night I expected a nicer and cleaner experience.
The bed comforter looked dirty and wrinkled, the shower wasn’t draining. The toilet sounded like it belonged on a 747 jet liner. The ironing board was stained and the iron had a broken handle.
The only thing that worked well was the freezer in the fridge. Froze my bottle of water with no problem.
The stay was noisy with kids screaming outside early in the morning. Random people talking outside of our room and just overall lots of loud activity.
I changed my payment method upon check-in and they held a deposit on my old card and my new one as well.
I will not be staying here again. Ever.
