Just back from a short ski break at this hotel. We found everything about it was excellent. The room was spacious (we had 111) and very comfortable with everything just perfect. The housekeeping was excellent with a towel change every day. Bathroom fine with plenty of shelf space, good shower. Heating cosy but controllable, lighting good, beds comfy. The only possible issue is that tea making is not provided (nor is it normal in Austria) but we did miss it! The hotel's position is ideal; about 100 yards from boot room to chair lift with Sport Walter ski hire shop adjacent (also to be recommended). The hotel spa facilities are quite extensive with 3 steam rooms of various heats and a sauna (all naked over 13's only). There is also an attractive swimming pool adjacent. The breakfasts and dinners were first rate. A good selection from the breakfast buffet including hot options. They will also do fried eggs to order. Dinner normally includes about 4 courses plus a lovely salad buffet. There is a choice of main, usually fish or meat. One night we had the gala dinner which was a set menu and delicious. Drink prices were not excessive at about 4.60 euros for a 125cc glass of nice house wine and about the same for a small beer. A 1 litre bottle of water at about 6 euros seemed a bit steep though. There was no tap water served. Finally it must be said that the staff, without exception, were charming, attentive, well presented and very ready to help. We would love to return!

C'est la 4ième fois que nous passons des vacances dans ce magnifique hôtel 4 étoiles que je ne peux que recommander pour son accueil, son patron d'une grande simplicité, son personnel très grand professionnalisme, sa propreté impeccable, sa cuisine digne de la gastronomie et bien sûr son nouveau wellness et autres innovations datant du début de l'année. Un rapport qualité/prix qu'on ne trouve nul part ailleurs Nous avons hâte d'y retourner.

Hotelaccommodatie zeker in orde. Wel extreem onvriendelijk personeel. Bij bijna niemand kon er een glimlach af of een alstublieft/dankuwel. We hebben nochtans veel verschillend personeel gezien. Eten ook wel echt ondermaats. Jammer!

Kamers wat verouderd, maar comfofortabel genoeg- Vriendelijke bediening. Zeer goed ontbijt. Diner zeer verzorgd. Hotel ligt vlakbij de skilift, dus skiën tot aan de deur. Ook goede wandelopties. Skibus naar Ischgl vertrekt naast de deur

Je suis resté dans cet hotel en février 2022 pour les sports d'hiver. Le service était impeccable et attentionné. L'espace piscine avec son espace sauna (vraiment top) est très propre et vraiment agréable. La nourriture excellente et la réception toujours là pour vous aider ! A cela s'ajoute un emplacement stratégique à 200 metres des remontés et des arrêts de bus et une facilité avec un grand parking a l'arrière !

Wir waren zum ersten mal im Wirler Hof und es hat uns sofort gefallen. Toller Wellnessbereich mit schönem Schwimmbad. Für die kleinsten, wird auch bestens gesorgt. Am Abend gab es immer eine Möglichkeit, eines extra Essens für unseren Enkel. Vom Chef bis zum Service war immer gute Laune, angesagt.
