We went during the off-season, unknowingly, because the restaurant was closed. We had no contact with the staff, only to pay the person in charge at the end, but they were friendly.
They tried to charge us for services, without informing us that they would have a charge.

Unser Aufenthalt im All Suite Resort Galtür war in jeder Hinsicht perfekt – ein wahrer Rückzugsort für Genießer! Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich und aufmerksam von den Mitarbeitern empfangen. Der Service war während des gesamten Aufenthalts erstklassig: stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und mit einem spürbaren Augenmerk auf das Wohl der Gäste. Die Apartments lassen wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Modern, großzügig geschnitten und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet – man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause, nur mit dem gewissen Extra an Luxus. Die Kombination aus stilvollem Design, voll ausgestatteter Küche und einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die umliegende Bergwelt ist einfach unschlagbar. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der Spa-Bereich mit beheiztem Außenpool: geschmackvoll gestaltet, wunderbar ruhig und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt – von der Sauna über den Ruheraum bis hin zum Dampfbad. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt mal wieder. Die Wohnung war sehr modern und geräumig. Die Betten sind gut. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung perfekt. Sauna und Pool sind eine schöne Abwechslung. Der Skibus hält direkt vor der Türe.

Abbiamo riservato per una notte e non ci hanno avvisato che il loro ristorante era chiuso e che quasi tutti i ristoranti in zona in quei giorni erano chiusi per riposo stagionale La ragazza alla ricezione era veramente poco motivata a supportarci una soluzione alternativa (abbiamo preso l'auto e scesi fino al paese di See) Il posto è comunque molto bello e tenuto bene
