The express hotel on the roadside is pretty good, especially the Tesla fast charging service station, which is a plus.

I feel the reviews were not correct and makes me wonder if they might have been fake. The bed and pillows were horrible and I barely slept at all. Woke up with a stiff neck. I definitely will not be back

We spent the night here. We were hesitant at first but soon we realized it was a great decision. Check in was very easy. The staff were friendly. The rooms were very clean. The only thing was dirty was the little stool by the entry, the one to put the luggage on. But that's not a big deal.

Good property, however, it is an old building and the bed was noisy when you moved on your bed :) The shampoo and soap provided were cheap, unlike the similar hotel.

Hotel was clean, neat and well maintained. Bed was comfortable, pillow nice. Staff was friendly and nice.

Everything was very good. Only downside was an toilet that would not flush properly. Front desk gave me a plunger and told me to do it myself as they had no one to do it. I plunged the toilet which did fix the problem. My only complaint is why should I have to do this myself.

WiFi doesn’t work and you have to find a tiny button on the TV to turn it on or change the volume. The remote works for cable but not the TV. I had to call the front desk to have the TV turned on but if you want to lower the volume you have get up and find the tiny button. I don’t think they care about this inconvenience. For $20 more I could have stayed at a normal hotel. Not the end of the world but after 10 hours of driving you you want a normal hotel. Don’t recommend.

Great place. Excellent staff. They even called the room after check in to see if we needed anything.. Also TESLA supercharger on site. Highly recommend!

Gallup, New Mexico is kind of an ugly town. But the hotel was very clean good breakfast good facilities
