Although there are many choices for breakfast, it's a pity that I got a stomachache; one of the lights in the room was not on; the water pressure of the shower head in the bathroom was not very strong.

Clean and rennovated room. Very comfortable and excellent wifi connection for work. Staff was very helpful and accommodating with my request for a specific room location. Hot breakfast was good and plentiful with choices.

This facility has a major heat issue. It was in the 20s at night and none of the rooms had working heat so we were given a room heater to use in our room. This is ridiculous!

Ive stayed at this property atleast 7 times within a 2 yr stretch of passing through Gallup because the rooms have been remodeled & are clean, well kept. Dont expect a full scale remodel from old to all new, but from old to modern. Comfortable beds, quiet & well maintained.

The lobby looked nice. There was a problem related to the payment (charged extra) arrangements were through *******, ages of kids were entered, they claim no. Heat was good in room except for squirrel change made quite a racket. Floors were dirty. Some surfaces were dirty. If in the area again I’m pretty sure I would use a different hotel.

Not bad for a quick nights stay. Bit pricey for just a good bed. Pillows were hard but that might just be me
