Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast, great location.

Old and worn out. i would pay extra for hampton next time. breakfast was good though considering covid season.

Check-in went well with friendly staff. Room was good and breakfast was excellent. The people next to us were very noisy, but I didn't call the front desk.

The shower above our room dripped through the ceiling into our shower every time people in the room above us showered (3x). We had a lot of noise from people talking in their phones in the hallway in the night. Bed = very comfortable and clean. Bathroom = clean and well appointed. Nice breakfast choices!

There is a group of hotels, a store, a gas station, that all share a very large paved area. No real delineations between them. Kind of an odd set up. Regardless, the room was clean, and comfortable. Noise was at a minimum - which was honestly surprising, as there were rigs in the enormous parking lot. Breakfast was find, typical budget hotel fare. But the area was clean, and supplied - which is a good thing. If in the area, I would most likely stay here again.

The room was fine other than some stains on the carpet and a very small shower. Good refrigerator and microwave. Lots of noise, but I traveled with earplugs. The problem I encountered was a strange vibration through the floor in my room. I thought I could live with it until I laid down on the bed (I arrived shortly after 7:00 PM and this was around 9:00 PM). I got up and went around the corner and saw that there was a very loud vending machine against the wall, so I assumed that was the source of the vibration. I went down to the clerk to ask for a different room. She informed me, not very kindly, that since I had “used “the room, I would have to pay for another room in order to move. I’ve never encountered anything like that in all my travels, where I had something wrong big enough to impact my stay (which has happened very rarely.) I’ve always been offered another room. Eventually the woman called the manager, and he suggested unplugging the vending machine, because “it didn’t work anyway. “. She unplugged the vending machine, but the vibration continued. I slept fitfully until about 1 o’clock in the morning. When I woke up the next day, the vending machine was plugged back in but the vibration was gone , so I have no idea what caused it. The way the situation was handled was completely unsatisfactory and I’ll make every attempt to skip this property on my next trip.

Shower pressure was very very low, had neighbors blasting their music very high so we couldn’t sleep. Called front desk but nothing was ever done.

Everything was good, but.., got woken up by cops knocking on our door bc of a kid/teen running around knocking on everyone's door thinking it was us 🙄🙄 they knocked/banged on the door AGAIN after cops left.., ND the next doors door...called the front office to complain about that and the guy was RUDE AS FUUUUHHH saying he was "watching" the cameras but would've seen the person going around 🙄🙄

Customer service was good lady was friendly. Room still had previous guest's tradh on window sill behind curtain. Floor looked like it wasnt vaccumed showsr handle was not attached correctly so it fell off when i showered landing on my foot bruising me. Other guest kept plahing their music loud walking the halls and i called and complained but nothing. . I stayed here once before and i had a better experience then. . Not sure if i will go back to this place again.
