La struttura è molto bella, il titolare si vede che ha passione. Camere molto spaziose e pulite con mobilio antico, peccato per 2 cose: la doccia da sistemare (almeno il soffione e il doccino) e il balconcino un po' abbandonato a se stesso. La colazione ci sta e vede qualche prodotto fresco fresco, sarebbe perfetta solo senza yogurt e marmellate industriali.

Sono stata ospite della struttura per una settimana: posizione strategica, a due passi dal magnifico centro storico. La mia stanza era confortevole e climatizzata. Bagno spazioso e il balcone attrezzato con un utilissimo stendibiancheria, tavolino e sedie, fronte mare. Ringrazio il Sig. Marcello per l'ospitalità e Francesca per la sua gentilezza. Il B&B si trova nelle immediate vicinanze del mare, al piano rialzato di una palazzina restaurata di recente. Purtroppo, la posizione delle camere rende impossibile godere della vista mare, poiché i terrazzi, pieni di polvere, si affacciano su una via di grande scorrimento, auto, moto persone; molto rumorosa fino a tarda ora. L'ambiente, e soprattutto la nostra camera (superior vista mare), risulta piuttosto trasandato, con mobili "antichi", che sembrano solo vecchi e polverosi. Bagno nuovo, ma già con problemi di manutenzione. In camera è presente un curioso frigorifero, davvero microscopico e una macchinetta per il caffè. La struttura dispone di un ambiente comune con cucina, ma la cucina non si può usare. La colazione, discreta, ma non eccezionale, è servita da una simpatica ragazza. Purtroppo, viene servita a partire dalle ore 8.30. Troppo tardi, soprattutto se si vuole andare in spiaggia, che NON è nelle immediate vicinanze. In generale, la struttura è passabile; il costo di circa 150 euro per la doppia vista mare, ad agosto, non è in linea con ambienti e servizi, e nemmeno con quello di analoghi B&B della zona.

Siamo stati in questo posto per 2 giorni e devo dire che la posizione è ottima vicino al centro vitale di Gallipoli: Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima che ama raccontare la sua storia e quella della sua casa. Le stanze sono pulite ed alcune hanno una bella vista mare. Solo una cosa consiglierei di migliorare: i mobili antichi sono un po usurati e poco funzionali. Per il resto lo consiglio!!!
