Of all my hotels this week this was the poorest and most disappointing . There is nothing positive I can say. Upon arrival I was given a key and taken to a room in a block 100 yards from reception. It was clean and tidy but no more than a hostel room. Breakfast was a waste of time and I couldn’t wait to leave . It may be what to expect in town but will not return for sure. Lady on reception was lovely but that didn’t really help

Very friendly and welcoming staff on our arrival and departure. The room was very small but clean and the beds were comfortable. Wouldn't rate as 4* Wifi was patchy and we had to call reception to get the code each time it disconnected as it didn't appear to be in the room. The breakfast was ok. Coffee was very poor (could tell it was as soon as poured - very weak). A lovely touch was a little bag of dried fruit and nuts on our departure. Just what we needed for our long cycle ahead.

Friendly staff, the rooms are clean and beds comfy but a very tiny room. The wifi kept dropping off and strangely the wifi details were not in the room we had to keep going back to reception until we thought to photograph them! Breakfast was in the basement, limited choice and coffee from a flask.

We didnt stay here due to ants everywere in the bathroom. They gave us another room after some discussions but it was dirty and staff not friendly so we just left. We had to look for another place to stay and it wasent easy cus it was full everywere and cost more.

Nice hotel, well located and wonderful owner and staff. Few steps away from all restaurants. We were there on a bike trip and the owner was very helpful. This place is perfect, we recommend without hesitation.

Soggiorniamo spesso qui quando veniamo a Gallipoli, posizione centrale ottima , hotel ben curato, onesto rapporto qualità prezzo, personale gentile e competente. L’hotel è dotato di un comodo parcheggio esterno e di una stupenda terrazza panoramica.

Do 3 stelle a questo hotel principalmente per la posizione strategica e il prezzo accattivante. Tuttavia, vorrei avvisare i prossimi clienti che, nel caso in cui sceglieste la formula economy (reindirizzamento a bedsonline) vi ritroverete con una stanza piccola con letto piccolo. Con una nota positiva: bagno molto grande e pulito. Colazione in terrazza top ma prezzo un po altino (8€). Personale molto gentile.

Albergo piccolo ma molto pulito, posizione centrale ed ideale per una Famiglia. Personale delle pulizia molto disponibile e sorridente specie una ragazza di colore simpatica con i miei figli. Terrazza accogliente con cibo di qualità e fresco.
