The entire team was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The property is a jewel, with its blend of manicured and wild gardens. Fantastic beach clubs are a 7 minute drive away while the pool available onsite is an oasis 💕 The rooms are stylish and comfortable with all the amenities provided. We look forward to our next visit 💕

Struttura molto bella in piena campagna con una grande piscina, arredata con gusto ed eleganza, in tipico stile salentino. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Stanza super confortevole con tutti i servizi possibili e immaginabili. Piscina davvero grande, attrezzata e molto valida. A circa 5 km le spiagge fantastiche di Baia Verde. Qualche problemino con il ceck-in; era stata smarrita la prenotazione e dopo qualche ora di attesa abbiamo avuto la nostra stanza (per fortuna di categoria superiore). Ottima la colazione con una notevole varietà di cibi dolci e salati. Non ho molto gradito il fatto che dovessimo essere noi a fare la fila al bar del ristorante per prendere caffè, cappuccino, ecc; in una struttura a 5 stelle tutto questo non succede. Nel complesso direi bene, ma non benissimo. In una struttura a cinque stelle TUTTO deve essere perfetto. Spero che questa recensione possa essere monito per migliorare.

Découverte sublime de cet hôtel idéalement situé où tout est fait pour se sentir merveilleusement bien, qualité de l’accueil parfait, service irréprochable, chambres spacieuses et confortables, déco très moderne ou parfois les concepteurs ne sont pas forcément les utilisateurs ( cintres dans la deuxième penderie, perchés à 2,80 m de hauteur) un concept original pensé pour les basketteurs américains , qui eux se réjouiront de cette initiative. Petit déjeuner délicieux avec tout ce qui est nécessaire pour bien démarrer la journée Mention spéciale pour l’effort déployé en parlant notre langue quand cela est possible Tous nos vœux de plein succès pour ce nouvel établissement

Struttura molto bella, con una bella piscina e ottimo arredamento di designer. Noi con bambini abbiamo preferito soggiornare nella zona Masseria in cui sono presenti alloggi dotati di angolo cottura e grande portico esterno con tavolini e divanetti. I locali sono dotati con tutto ciò’ che occorre comprese stoviglie di ottima qualità. Durante il soggiorno c’e’ stato qualche imprevisto ma tutto e’ stato risolto grazie alla disponibilità delle ragazze della reception e del direttore. Ringrazio Marco tuttofare e Gianni il giardiniere per le loro continue attenzioni. La struttura pero’ non può a mio parere essere considerata un 5 stelle .. tanti servizi vanno migliorati (pulizie, wifi, qualità e quantita’ dei prodotti per la colazione, vialetti sterrati ecc)

Struttura molto bella e curata camere grandi belle e pulizia al top , bella piscina con ombrelloni e sdraio , un po’ pochi secondo me, io non ne ho usufruito visto il mare incantevole che c’è in zona , ma di primo mattino già tutte le sdraio occupate da molti clienti maggior parte stranieri che si alzano di primo matto occupare la postazione, S.p.A. Molto carina, 3 km dal mare ma facilmente raggiungibile con mezzi propri, molto rilassante la struttura, ma dal conto mio un pizzico di movimento di musica lo farei , ma è un mio parere, il personale è magnifico, la ciliegina sulla torta e Marco gentilissimo educato è pronto a rispondere ad ogni tua domanda, non ho trovato i pasticcini pugliesi a colazione voleva andarli a comprare di tasca sua pur di accontentare il cliente, un collaboratore così è quasi raro quindi bravo al Propietario x la scelta del personale, ma ripeto un pizzico di vita serali la darei almeno in piscina così da sorseggiare un drink godendosi la struttura

Struttura meravigliosa a due passi da Gallipoli e Baia Verde. Piscina bellissima e arredamento meraviglio, spazi ampi e personale molto gentile. Uno appunto sulla gestione del servizio di pulizia e qualche mancanza alla colazione ma è comprensibile per una struttura che è stata aperta a maggio. Ad ogni modo ogni piccolo problema è stato sempre risolto in modo eccellente e professionale, di conseguenza mi sento di dare comunque il massimo a questa struttura meravigliosa. Sono certo che con il tempo diventerà un'eccellenza tra gli hotel a 5 stelle sul territorio. Nessuna nota negativa sugli aspetti fondamentali del soggiorno. Arrivederci.

Cet hôtel n 'est pas au niveau d 'un cinq étoiles 🌟 Beaucoup de choses à améliorer au niveau des prestations, ( services, literie, confort ) peut être du au fait que l 'établissement vient d 'ouvrir. Accueil courtois mais les réceptionnistes ont l 'air débordées...Et que dire du bagagiste qui a l 'air déjà blasé et peu aimable. L'établissement semble manquer de personnel, d 'où le manque d'organisation. Le petit déjeuner n 'est pas très varié non plus ( mal agencé et matériel pas classe du tout pour un hôtel 5 *) mais correct.🤷♀️ Les 2 personnes au service (les mêmes que le soir au restaurant) font le maximum et courent partout. D 'ailleurs nous avons testé le restaurant gastronomique qui est très bon et le service sympathique et professionnel ( surtout le maîtred 'hôtel, un plus pour l 'établissement)...Dommage que le décor soit froid, sans âme et sans charme. Ambiance neutre, un choix de l 'architecte certainement mais l 'ensemble n 'est pas chaleureux. Pour finir, si vous aimez dormir dans le noir complet, ne choisissez pas cet hôtel ou prévoyez un masque de nuit 😎!!! Vous serez réveillé en pleine nuit par l 'éclairage extérieur venant de la fenêtre de la salle de bain qui passe par la baie vitrée de la douche...Réveil matinal assuré dès le lever du jour !!🙄 Et Pas de sur matelas, donc, dos fragiles s 'abstenir ! Aller, une note positive pour terminer : les lits suspendus, superbe idée et très classe, la piscine est belle, spacieuse et les extérieurs plutôt agréables. Évolution à voir d 'ici 1 ou 2 ans !😉

Tout nouvel hôtel très beau, nous y avons séjourné du 9 au 17 juillet. Nous avons bien aimé la piscine, le calme (peut être un peu trop), la sympathie du personnel et la propreté. Pour commencer, lorsqu'on arrive, il y a une grille fermée, et pas de sonnette ni de code pour rentrer. On a dû attendre qu'une voiture sorte pour rentrer. Après, on veut te faire signer un papier sur lequel il est indiqué que l'hôtel peut prélever le montant qu'il veut sur ta carte visa. On n'était pas d'accord. Ce qu'on n'a pas aimé, c'est le petit-déjeuner très petit, jamais varié et bcp de produits en supplément. Et encore un manque d'organisation pour servir et débarrasser. Vu la catégorie de l'hôtel, on aurait apprécié un jus de fruits frais, ou un peu de changement dans les fruits, les viennoiseries et les charcuteries (photos en annexe). Salade césar minable pour le prix demandé. Les chambres sont confortables, bien entretenues (passage le matin et après les douches du soir). Mais, les douches trop près des WC, trop souvent les pieds mouillés lorsqu'on doit aller à la toilette. Une machine à café et une bouilloire, mais pas d'eau pour s'en servir (juste une bouteille de bienvenue) ; C'est dommage :-) Les canettes de soft dans le bar de la chambre sont facturées à 5 euros! une navette peut nous amener à la plage (10€) et il faudra ajouter le cout de 2 transats et un parasol pour 35€.
