It was the amazing place i have visited. Had a great welcome from front line staff. Room is perfect and had a great view. Dinner and breakfast was amazing and very tasty. Breakfast bufet had a wide selection of western and local food. I requested to arrange a birthday cake at the breakfast time and they were arranged a tasty cake with special birthday surprise. Overall can be give 10 out of 10.

An unforgettable experience at Riff Hikkaduwa during the weekend from 31st Aug to 01st Sep. Celebrated DS Senanayake Collage 88 Ledgen's party with 84 batchmates. From the GM to all capacities of staff were exceptionally great and the beautiful property added value because of them. The rooms were very clean, and the food was exceptional with a good spread. All staff were up till 2AM with smiling faces letting us enjoy to the maximum. We decided to visit this place even with our families. Thanks to all for lovely hospitality. Sajitha D Sumanasekera

Overall, it was an enjoyable stay although in some respects it was inferior to other hotels I stayed in on the holiday. The pools were great and so was the view from the room. The room itself was alright - quite basic but sufficient. We did have problems with a leak in the ceiling which was promptly addressed by staff but still a little annoying. In general the staff were lovely: in particular Chamindu in the restaurant, a security guard who called me and my partner over to show us turtles on the beach (sorry, can't remember his name) and the guy working the sunloungers at the lower pool. The weakest part was probably the food. It wasn't bad exactly, it was just worse than the food in all the other hotels I stayed in.

The people are what make this such a special place! The rooms are nice and clean. Laundry available for a very reasonable price which was great for our 3+week stay. Local restaurants, spas and shopping locations all within walking distance. The fort is an incredible location for a holiday! Can't wait for our next visit!!

Agnus Unawatuna is a little up into the hills, but the trip up is so worth it. The place is serene and the view is breathtaking; you get a top-down view of the ocean in all its glory, and you can even enjoy the view of the famous Galle Fort and Lighthouse from a distance. Service and amenities are amazing, and facilities are modern. Rooms are clean and well-equipped. It was a wonderful experience and the perfect place for a personal retreat! Would definitely come again if I have the chance, and have already recommended this place to some friends! Thank you!

My review, of course, will not be about this hotel, but about the hotel of this chain, Thaproban Pavilion Resort & Spa. We booked a room at the Thaproban Beach House Hotel, when we came to check in, it turned out that our reservation at this place was missing, and we had a reservation at the Thaproban Pavilion Resort & Spa. Thanks to the Trip.com team for helping us understand and resolve issues. And the Thaproban Pavilion Resort & Spa turned out to be much better than the Thaproban Beach House. True, it is not on the beach, but the beach is 5-7 minutes away. The hotel is super, all the amenities, large rooms overlooking the ocean. Very tasty breakfasts, 2 swimming pools on site, one with salt water. In general, I highly recommend the hotel. We really liked it. And we never regretted that we moved into it.

It's hard to know where to start with this review. From the moment we booked the general manager sent me a personalised message. We arrived greeted by a refreshing cold towel and a tour of this beautiful hotel. We booked the grand suite for 8 nights and 9n entering it exceeded my expectations. The room is huge tastefully decorated spotlessly clean. The bathroom is beautiful and there is even a small kitchen area. The veranda overlooking the pool was a gret place to have our morning coffee. The grounds make you feel like you are in a tropical rain forest and the pool and separate jacuzzi are lovely. Breakfast was a delight and they adapted every morning to our tastes. All of the staff are amazing and friendly. And the general manager is so lovely greeting us personally every morning asking about our stay and if there is anything they can do for us. All the staff were a credit to this beautiful place. Ps the private beach is stunning feels like your on a tropical island. I wish our stay was not ending tomorrow. Would not hesitate to come back. The location is a little bit biased, but it ’s okay because it ’s all-inclusive. When you enter, you need to go through security checks. Welcome drinks are available. The room is relatively rudimentary. Take a bath at 1600. We do n’t even have a bathtub. The location of Ctrip Booking is not good. On the far side, there is no view outside, and it is farthest from the restaurant and swimming pool. In the bar building, the first night was too noisy. I called the front desk three times to negotiate No fruit, it was quiet until 11 o'clock in the evening, there are 4 restaurants, it is said that Asian restaurants are the best, because there are prawns, you can eat for 24 hours, but personally feel that eating up to two meals will be tired because of things Most of the duplicates are fish and chicken pizzas. It may not be interesting to live for a long time. There are three swimming pools. The children's pool is on the lower floor, which is relatively simple. It is completely incomparable to what we live in Phuket and Nha Trang. The small pool can Playing water volleyball, some people also teach water yoga, that is, the pool is unobstructed. After playing for a while, I peeled off my body. It is useless to wipe the sun. There are many types of drinks. Where to go? Unlimited supply, fresh cocktails are very good, there are a lot of drinks in the mini bar, and it feels endless. We booked here mainly for the New Year's Eve, and the hotel did not let us down. There was a dragon dance during the dinner. Lion show, there is a crazy show at zero, personally I think it looks good, 6 people, 60 songs, great. Afterwards, the hotel thoughtfully let us go to the beach, prepared the Kongming lantern to fly and pray for blessings. I felt more ritualistic than the Chinese New Year. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic. They would greet us with a smile whenever they saw it. It was great for us to relax and spend a few days on vacation around the island in Sri Lanka.

The infinity pool of Bawa architecture is a wonderful hotel. Many of the customers seemed to be from Sri Lanka. There were many people like honeymooners, but there were surprisingly many families and families. Although the hotel was a little old, it was solidly built and there was no problem with the plumbing. Service outside the restaurant was very good. The restaurant seems to take more than 30 minutes to bring out what you ordered at lunch. And it was a little cold. Coffee for breakfast also took quite a while to come out. Housekeeping and receptionists were very nice.
