Very good B&B, decorated in its own style, spacious and comfortable rooms, good sanitary conditions, warm service, with its own beach and pub across the road from the hotel, very good experience

這家精品酒店真的是個寶藏！前台有人不知為何顯示沒有前台。。。前台妹妹的微笑真的太有感染力了，每次想到回酒店就感覺像回家一樣。這個酒店景色非常美，每個角落都有被精心佈置。我們走的那天還有新人穿莎莉在酒店裡拍婚紗照，每個角落都是一處景色。設施設備也很新，衞生也很不錯，不像其他斯里蘭卡酒店總有些小蟲在房間裏。房間的香薰是我們來之前一直點着的，非常的好聞感覺到了房間就到了spa一樣。泳池不是恆温的，但也夠用。唯一不足的是房間不含早，單點會有點貴。下次絕對會推薦別人再來的

We began our trip to Sri Lanka at Taavetti, and it was the perfect choice. The hotel arranged an airport pickup for us, making the two-hour drive smooth and scenic. Galle was an excellent starting point, and Taavetti proved to be the ideal place to stay. Getting to the Fort was easy with a quick Tuk Tuk ride, and the beach across the street was simply spectacular. The hotel itself was fabulous, with an incredible staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A huge thank you to Ambiga, Gayantha, Raja, Nethmi, Roshan, Banuka, Hasitha, and Waruni—you all made our stay truly special! I wish we had stayed an extra night. The room was beautiful, the breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel even helped us arrange transportation to Mirissa the next day. Miss you Ollie!! A wonderful start to our Sri Lankan adventure!

Our stay at Taavetti was a highlight. In fact Galle was a highlight. The two girls in reception were incredibly kind and helpful. Roisin was a "Star," he helped us in every possible way. Our breakfasts were truly amazing, and we had supper one evening with a very delicious Sri Lankan curry. Taavetti is designed by a student of Sri Lankas famous architect, Geoffrey Bawa. It's a fabulous building with a strong influence on open breezy sitting areas. Each area has a small pile of books to borrow which is such a lovely touch. It's the staff, that shine here. The two delightful girls, Roisin and the chef that really made our stay truly memorable. They honestly couldn't do enough for us. Huge thank you to you all.

A superior home from home! It's a comfortable and nurturing environment and very stylish too! The staff make this place, they can't do enough for you, are genuine and completely charming . The city of Galle was one of our major points of interest while making a road trip around Sri Lanka in December 2024. We made our reservation at Tavetti Hotel a few months before our trip. We were supposed to stay there on January 1st, a special day, the first of the year. The booking was confirmed by the hotel and guaranteed by our credit card. Imagine our shock, when on December 31st we received a message that our reservation was cancelled! We immediately called the hotel where we talked with the reception and finally the booking manager, where both of them, very impolitely at first, and shouting at us later, confirmed that they cancelled the room because they had not received any additional confirmation, that they never asked for. They didn't offer any solution, any alternative accommodation and just hanged up the phone twice! That is why, we strongly discourage you from making any bookings with this hotel. We are in possession of written proofs of the whole situation.

It's a beautiful villa..between Gallefort&lighthouse hotel. Beach nearby v.clean .Spacious rooms&relaxing lobby area . Management of villa..needs improvement. Staff are good,but need proper direction. This would make it a 1st class experience!
