Overall, it was an enjoyable stay although in some respects it was inferior to other hotels I stayed in on the holiday. The pools were great and so was the view from the room. The room itself was alright - quite basic but sufficient. We did have problems with a leak in the ceiling which was promptly addressed by staff but still a little annoying. In general the staff were lovely: in particular Chamindu in the restaurant, a security guard who called me and my partner over to show us turtles on the beach (sorry, can't remember his name) and the guy working the sunloungers at the lower pool. The weakest part was probably the food. It wasn't bad exactly, it was just worse than the food in all the other hotels I stayed in.

I am very satisfied with the hotel. The scenery is beautiful. The food is delicious. The service is attentive and warm. It happened that my aunt didn't have any sanitary napkins. The hotel didn't sell them. The staff helped me borrow some. Thank you to them.

Awesome place, the best youth travel I have ever stayed in so far, manages to take care of all places clean and spotless, especially comfortable, can cook, and have a separate bathroom for girls.

Agnus Unawatuna is a little up into the hills, but the trip up is so worth it. The place is serene and the view is breathtaking; you get a top-down view of the ocean in all its glory, and you can even enjoy the view of the famous Galle Fort and Lighthouse from a distance. Service and amenities are amazing, and facilities are modern. Rooms are clean and well-equipped. It was a wonderful experience and the perfect place for a personal retreat! Would definitely come again if I have the chance, and have already recommended this place to some friends! Thank you!

Wonderful place with a lush garden in Unawatuna area in the main tourist road. They let us for an early checkin so we didn’t have to wait in the lobby area. Room was spacious with modern furniture and included a minibar. Air conditioner worked perfectly. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was spacious. Hot water worked perfectly. Modern fixtures too. Green villa was close to all the main attractions. Highly recommended for a calm, quiet, comfortable stay in Unawatuna area.

An unforgettable experience at Riff Hikkaduwa during the weekend from 31st Aug to 01st Sep. Celebrated DS Senanayake Collage 88 Ledgen's party with 84 batchmates. From the GM to all capacities of staff were exceptionally great and the beautiful property added value because of them. The rooms were very clean, and the food was exceptional with a good spread. All staff were up till 2AM with smiling faces letting us enjoy to the maximum. We decided to visit this place even with our families. Thanks to all for lovely hospitality. Sajitha D Sumanasekera

It was the amazing place i have visited. Had a great welcome from front line staff. Room is perfect and had a great view. Dinner and breakfast was amazing and very tasty. Breakfast bufet had a wide selection of western and local food. I requested to arrange a birthday cake at the breakfast time and they were arranged a tasty cake with special birthday surprise. Overall can be give 10 out of 10.

The location is a little bit biased, but it ’s okay because it ’s all-inclusive. When you enter, you need to go through security checks. Welcome drinks are available. The room is relatively rudimentary. Take a bath at 1600. We do n’t even have a bathtub. The location of Ctrip Booking is not good. On the far side, there is no view outside, and it is farthest from the restaurant and swimming pool. In the bar building, the first night was too noisy. I called the front desk three times to negotiate No fruit, it was quiet until 11 o'clock in the evening, there are 4 restaurants, it is said that Asian restaurants are the best, because there are prawns, you can eat for 24 hours, but personally feel that eating up to two meals will be tired because of things Most of the duplicates are fish and chicken pizzas. It may not be interesting to live for a long time. There are three swimming pools. The children's pool is on the lower floor, which is relatively simple. Afterwards, the hotel thoughtfully let us go to the beach, prepared the Kongming lantern to fly and pray for blessings. I felt more ritualistic than the Chinese New Year. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic. They would greet us with a smile whenever they saw it. It was great for us to relax and spend a few days on vacation around the island in Sri Lanka.

The infinity pool of Bawa architecture is a wonderful hotel. Many of the customers seemed to be from Sri Lanka. There were many people like honeymooners, but there were surprisingly many families and families. Although the hotel was a little old, it was solidly built and there was no problem with the plumbing. Service outside the restaurant was very good. The restaurant seems to take more than 30 minutes to bring out what you ordered at lunch. And it was a little cold. Coffee for breakfast also took quite a while to come out. Housekeeping and receptionists were very nice.

Welcome - we were greeted well on arrival As this was our last hotel on trip we requested for an upgrade. The receptionist said the hotel was full but it wasnt the case when we checked with housekeeping staff. Rooms - The rooms are pretty standard 5 star rooms with partial sea view from the room we stayed in. Service - The room service/housekeeping was very quick and efficient but the service at the pool restaurant was very dull and unwelcoming. F&B - The food and the service at the main restaurant was outstanding. This is what saved our good views on this hotel. The manager was more than eager to serve us well. Pool - The pool is very nice- very big and well maintained Beach- The beach was nothing special. Overall - A decent hotel with tough neighborly competition.
