Friendly staff, always trying to accomodate and help. Peaceful and quiet with great views of a few island and the ocean. Recommended for few groups to have their own quality time. We didn't book any of the activities or tours, but will the other guest that took the snorklin and banana boat tours loved it.

Thanks SBS Resort Batam.. The hotel exceeded my expectation. It is located in the very picturesque Sunset & Sunrise with a wonderful view. Everything is done with such lovely Hospitality,absolutely gorgeous place, one of the best I have ever stayed. The price was very reasonable and if I ever come to Resorts in Batam again that will be my first choice of accommodation. Note to SBS.. -Lobby c/i not Nice decoration.. Many tools,food,gerbags,busy and not Artistic. -Lobby is Important for first Imprestion guest coming.. overall... All was Amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kalau mau liburan ke Batam.. Saya Rekomendasi tempat ini..
