Thank you very much. big room with nice view and spacious balcony. the service is good and fast. easy check in and check out. two days of stay, the room was cleaned and all sheets and towels were replaced. very comfortable and quiet, away from the noise of the street

The place is nice clean, comfortable, humane, for a big event place is good, many rooms are clean, so if a gathering event, especially I am an EO easy access and saved time in work, because it is very close to the ballroom.

The refill of the bath soap wasn't full, so I stayed for 3 days when it was finished for 2 days, when I squeezed it, it didn't come out, instead it came out a little bit, I had to press 5 times or more before I could use the soap, even then I had to be patient because it came out a little bit 😅.. please pay attention.. I used it for 1 day My own soap because in the morning I had already checked out so I asked for it to be filled... oh yes, on the 2nd day the bathroom wasn't cleaned, the toothbrush wasn't renovated, I still used a new one 🤭 but the towels were changed.

Quite comfortable, spacious room, a bit quiet because I got a room downstairs and in a corner But overall I was satisfied staying here

It’s our first time travel to Semarang. From check-in till check-out everything was perfect!services, food, room,Mr Faiq the General Manager and his staff was super kind and helpful.... you name it its all worth it. Everyone and everything in Gracia made our stay perfect and we could not think of any better place to spend our leisure time. My husband and I would have come back here every now and then with our beloved fam :) can't wait to plan our next visit soon.

I was interested in staying at this hotel because of its unique location in a residential complex and the beautiful atmosphere around the hotel. I made a reservation through booking.com, all processes until I checked in everything went smoothly, the check-in process was very efficient, no more than 3 minutes. However, all thoughts of enjoying a clean and quiet room, and the desire to enjoy the surroundings of the hotel through the bedroom window, vanished in an instant. My eyes immediately found strands of hair on the couch and also on the bathroom floor, and the bedroom window was closed with an iced glass window which made sure I couldn't see anything from the room, let alone enjoy the natural atmosphere that had been beautiful in my mind. DISAPPOINTED. TIPS : 1. Please be careful when getting off the vehicle in front of the hotel lobby, because that area is also a road for residential residents, so make sure it is safe before you get out of the vehicle, because sometimes from the left and right vehicles pass by at high speed. 2. Make sure that your room's window is _see through_ so that you will not _trapped_ in a room with NO view!
