房間裏有蟲子，有異味。空調沒有熱風，吹了半天的冷風，險些凍感冒了，後來給拿了個電熱風。我們自帶的海鮮，酒店還不給提供餐具，衹能用塑料袋。温泉水温度不高。早餐給送到房間，給贊👍，但太簡單了，一碗小米粥一個饅頭一個雞蛋一盤鹹菜（一人份）。前台接待人員服務態度不好！不推薦！

挺失望的，室內温泉水調不了温度，也就三十六七度吧，摸着不涼，但是水流不大，放滿一池子要兩個小時吧，放完了水也涼了，推薦給我二十的葯浴包我也買了，但是這水温也泡不開啊。自己也燒了十來壺熱水加進去也沒啥效果，沒感冒不錯了。奔着温泉泡一下來的，等於白來了。室外一個泡池沒開，可能淡季。整體環境還不錯，奔着住宿可以，奔着泡温泉就別來了。

裝修太老了，屋子特別潮，壁紙也發黴了，感覺臟臟的，早餐也非常不滿意，只有鹹菜和小米粥，原以為是新開業的各方面會很不錯，感覺受騙了，住的不是很開心

酒店園林庭院別墅式的客房，環境在整個思拉堡温泉小鎮中排位是數一數二的。位置處於小鎮最前部的路邊深處，隱祕安靜，因為背靠一家佔地面積很大的寺廟，所以被佛祖的塑像整體俯瞰着。客房很大，櫃子多椅子多設施齊全，布草床品雪白舒適，室內寬敞的大理石泡池温泉水滑潤很給力。工作人員服務特別好，面對賓客都是微笑問好，能讓客人感到賓至如歸，比較鮁魚圈中許多酒店民宿的接待服務的水平真可以説是首屈一指。經瞭解，管理團隊的成員都是有都市酒店經營背景的年輕人，管理層理念新穎前衞，酒店發展就一定前景喜人。原本我們是準備長住的，服務人員馬上破例為我們準備了嶄新的電磁爐等餐廚具，還提供了免費早餐和下午的水果。最後雖然因為我們不太適應酒店的空調設備而沒有長住下來，但僅一天的居住卻留給我們非常美好的一段記憶。

這家温泉酒店規模在雙台鎮算是大的，有自己獨立停車場，酒店給我們免費升級別墅房，房間很大衞生間更大。可以泡温泉愜意。

酒店位於温泉小鎮的最前邊，很顯眼，不過現在開放的是後邊的別墅區，景色真的很好看，房子設施很好很高檔，別墅、四合院都很有特色，真的是大隱之美，户外泡池，我們租住的是一間超大的湯屋，有一個小院子，景色很不錯，全家人開開心心的住了一晚，值得推薦
