這是我第二次入住該酒店，這次是為了明早穿越216去民豐，酒店很好，停車場很大，因為明天一大早出發，無法享用早餐，前台接待的小姐非常友善，她説她晚上會準備一件麪包和牛奶，送到我房間，果然她送上的點心非常美味，謝謝這位前台小姐姐

房間設施其實還好，製氧機、加濕器都有，可是加濕器裏面沒水，需要自己加水，我自己加了四燒水壺的水，結果半夜加濕器就停止工作了，兩個床床單各有破損，馬桶下水處都是黃漬，服務員倒是態度很好，戴着手套，用鋼絲球一頓收拾，早餐也是差強人意，房間沒有暖氣，也沒有空調，被子比較薄，晚上睡覺還冷，服務員説是政府5月份統一停止供暖，晚上前台服務員給拿點麪包牛奶啥的，我也沒要，我定的492元一晚的房間，基本算是最高價位的房間了，就怕在高原休息不好，結果還是沒休息好。感覺就是體驗感很差。以上所述皆為真實體驗。

上次來改則時，還沒這家酒店，這次是看了設施、服務介紹和遊客評論預先訂了這家酒店，住了以後覺着這次預訂是個正確的決定。因臨時改變行程要提前一天入住並連住兩天，看平台上提前入住當天已無房間房間可訂，聯繫酒店後，前台郭管家非常重視、認真盡心安排，使我們順利提前入住並被升級了房型。 酒店的位置、停車都極其方便。 房間設施安排合理、品質很好、乾淨衞生，其他服務人員也很友善、體諒、親和。總之，住宿體驗很好。

晚上洗澡無熱水，跟酒店前台反饋還説是我弄錯方向，上面有兩個大字熱跟冷我又不瞎，況且一個方向沒熱水，正常人也會試另一邊有沒有熱水，確定沒有才跟你反饋，反饋問題後不先從自身酒店檢查，張口就説是對方的問題！有毛病啊！

大床房，房間寬敞，特別貼心是床腳的夜燈，穿鞋子就會亮起來，夜間起床一點不擔心！整個房間配置應有竟有，衞生間寬敞，乾濕分區，還配備洗衣機，解決高原旅遊的洗衣問題，在這種條件下能有這麼舒適的休息場所，真是非常值得推薦的酒店！非常棒！物超所值！👍👍👍
