We reserved one of the junior suites for a family gathering. We needed a room that had space for two people to work remotely in between family festivities. This was the perfect option. Pros: *Immaculate, spacious room * Table in the living room, pulls out to make an L desk perfect for working during the day. * Fantastic Wi-Fi * More storage than any hotel room I have ever stayed in. There are closets everywhere. * Stunning views of Santis. * Spacious deck to enjoy the weather. * Wonderful restaurant for dinner, lunch and breakfast. * Excellent communication from the hotel staff, friendly and courteous. CONS: * Hair dryer is not powerful * No ironing, board or iron in the room. * You will need a car or use some sort of ride share transportation to visit the city center This was a wonderful hotel experience, and I would stay here again. Hopefully next time we will stay longer to take advantage of the spa and water features this property offers.

They charge you to park car 15 Swiss franc per day even if you don’t use underground car park and just park outside hotel ,breakfast is very expensive and hot food is limited .The bar area is basic, swim area and fitness area is very good,they also charge a local tax,

Let's start with: the hotel has gone downhill in terms of breakfast. I remembered a rich buffet from my last visit, especially when it came to hot dishes. Or am I mistaken because it was so long ago? In any case, the hotel is ideal for business trips: quiet, comfortable, professional, plenty of parking, friendly, close to the motorway. The rooms are huge, modern and have everything you need to set up an improvised office. For guests who still have time, the offer of the Saäntispark bathing and sauna world is unbeatable.

The hotel looks modern and bright. The staff were all very friendly, reception, bar and restaurant staff. Great aperitif in the bar. The room seemed modern, well designed and large. Something went wrong with the Cordon Bleu. Very dry and a bit tough, like it had been reheated twice. There was just a little cheese left in the middle. The chef can definitely do better.

A magnificent hotel. This is the second time that I have come with my grandson and my wife to this establishment. The rooms are very comfortable. The very nice bar and the very high quality restaurant. And lastly the satispark with magnificent swimming pools. Unforgettable stay in this hotel near St. Gallen. We took the rooms with the Zoo offer which includes entrance to the baths just opposite and to the Walter Zoo in Gossau. The rooms are decorated in a savannah and jungle style, they are magnificent 🤩 and very spacious. Well equipped and communicating, they are perfect for families. We were made very welcome, the staff were really friendly! Well done 👏 It’s a top hotel, very close to shops and leisure activities. Underground parking available. Highly recommended, with the offer which is good value for money. Hearty breakfast buffet!

We spent a relaxing weekend here to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary - it was wonderful and relaxing. The team at reception and in the restaurant were also attentive and very friendly.
