I liked the location of the hotel, it is relatively close to the beach, the cleanliness of the rooms, hallways and access areas is good. Breakfast was varied and balanced. I suggest furniture to accommodate clothes, at the hotel they offered us some tours to take during the days of stay, they charged us for outings, boat rides, visits to several beaches, museums and the aquarium. The unpleasant thing and what needs to be improved is that they do not make additional charges such as entrance to bathrooms, drinks with lunch. We have to cancel these separately and that seems to me to be an abuse of the tourist who is the one who contributes to this entire economic chain. In Taganga, for example, they told us that we could use some small chairs located on the beach without any charge, when we arrived at the place *********they charged us 6 thousand pesos per person. These things are unpleasant because you leave with the security that what was canceled in advance includes everything. It is disrespectful and creates discomfort and discomfort.

It was an excellent choice in terms of price and quality, the location facing the sea, the view from the suite, the shopping center on one side, the variety of menu, the comfort of the facilities generated my satisfaction. But it was uncomfortable that the breakfasts were included at the time of booking for my children before 60 days and once settled in the hotel upon entering the restaurant they told us about the additional charge and this situation was in front of other guests that was actually not pleasant anymore. that we feel exposed to ridicule; I think there was a lack of empathy on the part of the staff and that is not what you are looking for when you opt for a 5-star hotel. My recommendation is that they manage more pleasant treatment and that they manage assertive communication on the part of the hotel collaborators so that the experience is more valuable and satisfactory.

In a regular hotel but it can't be that they don't have hot water! Having to bathe with ice water is terrible!
