The only thing that is really worth mentioning is the food and the staff, who are always very friendly. But the rooms are small, dark and without many amenities. The tours they sell are overpriced and do not always promise what they deliver.
The beach is two blocks away, which is also a plus.
The area where it is located is not very nice, it is not well maintained (obviously it is not the hotel's fault, but it is good to know).

Excellent experience, people are so friendly and the service is outstanding. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is delicious and it’s included. I will always come back to this hotel. Soon I will come with my Pet because it’s pet friendly, I know he will enjoy a lot this wonderful place.

I had an absolute amazing experience at this hotel! First off, ALL the staff is so friendly and helpful with anything that you need. Breakfast included in the morning is delicious and I was even able to enjoy it on their patio outside. The rooms are great, clean and cute with Air conditioning. The best part is the location! It is located just close enough to the beach ( less than 5 min walk) and on the side by the mountain so it is relaxing and quiet even though you are close to everything. I was able to do my work on my computer on the patio as I work remotely. They also provide you with a beach towel which is always nice. Plus the nightly price is unbeatable. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else while in Santa Marta, I would recommend to anyone travelling here. I can honestly say that this hotel made me love Santa Marta even more.

Hotel muy tranquilo, habitaciones cómodas, un buen servicio, alimentación en un horario acorde. Recomendado para personas que vienen por trabajo a la ciudad y para destacar su hermosa Gatica que está siempre recibiendo a los huéspedes en la recepción

Excelente y encantadora experiencia. Estuve con seis personas de mi familia por dos días y la estadía fue placentera. La excelente y oportuna de Mafe, su gerente y todo su grupo de colaboradores fue genial. Siempre estuvieron atentos a cualquier mínimo detalle y requerimiento de nuestra parte. La limpieza de sus habitaciones excelente. Estuvimos en su restaurante desayunando y almorzando y cada uno de nosotros quedamos altamente satisfechos. En esta ocasión y, como siempre nos fuimos agradecidos y dispuestos a volver a utilizar los servicios de de ese Hotel. No queda sino recordar y resaltar que este hotel ha sido el sitio preferido por toda nuestra familia por más de diez años. Gracias Valladolid, Gracias Mafe, gracias Luz Marina y gracias a todo el grupo de colaboradores que permitió una excelente atención para nosotros..

Me gusto la ubicación, excelente servicio, es un lugar tranquilo y la parte comercial es cerca, la playa es cerca, tiene una excelente ubicación. Me gustaría que tuviera ascensor, digamos que para los adultos mayores si es necesario, de resto todo el servicio es EXCELENTE.
