The location is very nice as it’s close to everything. Staff are very friendly. However, the elevator is not working so you might get it fixed.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. Before booking a 2 day birdwatching tour to Minca, I asked the front desk if it was ok to leave my luggage in their storage room overnight and pick up the next day. They said yes no problem. Then when I checked out and wanted to leave it there, they said their manager said no unless I was staying there. That put me in a annoying situation...but luckily the tour company was able to keep it at their office in Minca. So, I am not happy with service because of this episode. Other than customer service, the hotel is ok.

I really like Blu Hotel, but when I booked the room, it said that it has a pool. There’s no pool in the premises. I had to go across the street to the partner hotel, which I thought it was false advertising… the service & staff were great.

It was an incredible experience and we enjoyed our time at this hotel, it's location is perfect to take different activities such as going to the aquarium and playa blanca, tayrona park and other places. There is a little options for fun and parties and the nights has not quite fun. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the elevator looks like old and unsafety but you can used the stairs.

If you are looking for a great hotel , book Blu Hotel, the location, the staff and the rooms are excellent, and the price is great. Plus by booking here you have access to their sister property across the street with beach access. We will return again for sure

Very careful and friendly staff, beautiful view of sunsets and sunrises. Tamaca club is an excellent beach and swimming pool experience. It’s placed near to shopping center and in front of Mundo Marino”.
