The hotel is very simple, the room is small, but has the basics to be comfortable, it has a smart lock, the breakfast is basic, for my taste it is very good, the reception is very friendly, it has a pool is small but has a sitting area with jacuzzi-type exits, a lot of flexibility for cleaning since you can program it, if you need an extra blanket they provide it for you, the TV you have to request that they connect the Roku, wifi is good but it does saturate sometimes, the network becomes slower. The only negative point is that they do not accept card payments, only cash, which for me would be the problem since I travel from Mexico and my bank charges me 22,000 COP for ATM withdrawal so it is a lot, I think they should modernize since I saw that it is a very busy place. But deficient in terms of ease of payment. With everything else I am very satisfied. It has a closet.

Excellent hotel and service. If you are looking for a hotel at a good price, good room comfort, excellent service, and delicious breakfast, I recommend the Viña del Mar hotel!
