Lovely space, lovely pool area. Room of high quality. Friendly staff. Relaxing place to stay. Breakfast was very good. Evening meal was disappointing. Overpriced for quality and two courses came out reheated but still cold! Very apologetic but was poor form.

Our family of 15, ranging from 8 months to over 70 years old, stayed at this magical little hotel in Tuscany, and every single one of us had an incredible time. The staff made us feel completely at home, and the hospitality was unmatched. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the team helped us with everything, from the smallest needs like batteries and an extension cord, to organizing restaurant recommendations, wine and olive oil tastings, horseback riding, and even finding a mechanic to fix our car. We ate thtt we r breakfast every day and twice they cooked special dinners for all of us, we built together the menus based on their recommendations and our special needs which include vegan, gluten free, vegan gluten free, eating everything, etc. 😅😂😂 The location is stunning, a place so beautiful you could spend days just relaxing there, yet every short drive reveals more breathtaking scenery. It was incredibly hard to leave, and we truly hope to return soon. A special thanks to Maryna, who was absolutely wonderful, taking care of every detail and communicating with us so well. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I stayed in this beautiful hotel for 5 nights..where do I start ? The whole experience from day one was just excellent …A beautiful hotel in magical surroundings and so peaceful …The staff were wonderful ..exceptionally helpful and friendly and catered for my every need …the food was delicious and I ate there every day…The pool was very clean in beautiful surroundings and my room was enchanting …I couldn’t possibly have asked for more…I have recommended this hotel to lots of people as I know they will not be disappointed..So thank you to everyone at this hotel 🤗

Relaxing location, friendly helpful staff. We stayed here for 5 days and explored Tuscany. Great base. Swimming pool was just up and running at the end of April when we had it to ourselves. Nice walk across country to the next Village

We really enjoyed this hotel and the warm welcome we received. Their restaurant is excellent! It was one of the best meals we had during our entire trip - every course was special and offered at a great price. No need to leave the property for an amazing Italian meal.

What a super hotel which is a restored mill. Not easy to get to but worth it. The staff are amazing - really helpful and attentive. There is a lovely outdoor swimming pool with bar! The restaurant is excellent and caters for all tastes and diets. Breakfast is generous and the rooms lovely with excellent views. Highly recommended

Incredible location, stunningly beautiful inside and out. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with such hospitality and warmth. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a great selection to offer. The staff were beyond attentive, genuinely friendly and wanting to do everything they could to improve my stay. It was so memorable. A special mention for the attentive, efficient and charming staff: Vincenzo.

Appena arrivati ci siamo fatti cambiare camera Perché oltre alla maniglia della porta che si staccava ogni volta che si apriva, la doccia era veramente oscena. Gentilissimo Giuseppe che ha fatto di tutto per accontentarci. Piscina doppia bella ma con lettini rotti e soprattutto con l’obbligo di una sdraio e un lettino a camera. Visto che c’erano solo 3 coppie in piscina ho chiesto cortesemente di poter usare una sdraio e nel caso arrivasse altra gente l’avrei rimessa a posto. Risposta “no quando val al mare prende quello che le danno”. Il bar della piscina assolutamente non fornito. Ho chiesto due lemon soda ne avevano una sola, acqua tonica neanche per idea, colazione probabilmente abbondante ma arrivati alle 10.00 non c’era più nulla e il cappuccino imbevibile…tante piccole cose da migliorare perché la struttura meriterebbe molto di più
