Amazing place middle of Tuscany, I could go anytime back there. Staff was friendly and owner gave us private tour in vineyards. Also food was moltto bene 🤌🏻. The room was quite small and compact, but there was AC working so thats all that matters.

Absolutely lovely place with a wonderful hostess! Our room had a terrace overlooking the vineyards, which was just perfect. The village of San Sano is a two minute walk and has a small, quaint church and a good restaurant. A 10 minute drive takes you to the village of Gaiole in Chianti and beautiful Siena is just a half hour drive.

What a lovely place to stay!! We had a nice, large room with an outdoor terrace area. Great breakfast included. Fantastic views all around. Two minute walk takes you into San Sano where there is a lovely restaurant for dinner. San Sano is a very small, quaint village. We only stayed one night, wish we could have stayed longer. Would highly recommend for a peaceful, relaxing place to stay.

very nice farmhouse in a small hamlet .... particular structure with well-restored interiors and exteriors .. they have different types of rooms from economy to deluxe that vary in size .. there is a well-fenced outdoor swimming pool .. view is spectacular on the green hills and on beautiful vineyards .. the reception staff is present in the structure from 8 to 20 and is very knowledgeable and kind .. if I have to find a fault I must say that there are no directions to get there. . no sign, no signage .. only the sign that is right at the entrance once you arrive at your destination .. they don't do catering (I don't know if for now or for how long ..)

La struttura si presenta bene . Ma chi la gestisce non altrettanto. Tale ostilità e la poca flessibilità , non le ho mai trovate in nessun altra realtà. Il.pagamento chiesto da me più volte con bonifico in anticipo ( in alternativa alla carta di credito : e chi non ce l ha ? )senza possibilità di rimborso almeno in parte per una notte di Agosto ( questa la loro risposta) , la trovo assurda dato che si chiede la prenotazione ad Aprile. Per non parlare del modo con cui si approccia il Signore che ha risposto alla mia Email . Esperienza negativa . Passo oltre .

Agriturismo davvero molto curato, posto incantevole, personale gentilissimo e completamente integrato nel borgo. La nostra camera era davvero molto bella e spaziosa con un bagno enorme e completo di tutto. L'atmosfera è magica e davvero rilassante. Unico neo, la colazione. Prodotti buoni ma un po' troppo industriali. I salumi sono locali ma i cornetti erano veramente industriali e non degni del posto, stessa cosa gli altri dolci.
