Good experience, nice hotel friendly staff decent breakfast. Only negatives are only one elevator that is shared by staff and guests, little slow and too much bleach in linens.

This property is over priced. The air conditioner made loud noises throughout the night and we did not sleep well. I told the front desk about it and they said they would let maintenance know. It was not worth the price! The place is clean and well taken care of.

The only small problem, the pool heater wasn't working, it was very cold....that's it everything else was perfect, the staff was amazing!

Check in was the easiest/quickest I've had. The hotel and room was well kept. The sound from traffic was a little annoying.

We arrived early & was allowed to go ahead & check into our room. Ginger was very polite & helpful with the check in process. Our bed was very comfortable which made our stay wonderful. The only thing that I would say to make our complete stay excellent is the indoor pool water heater was not working. Hopefully this will be fixed for future stays there.

Everything was great but y’all THE TV SUCKS WE WERE MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM AND STILL SAME ISSUE,I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO WATCH THE TV AND NOT FIGHT WITH THE TV YOU ALL HAVE TO DO BETTER WE THAT SERVICE

The hotel was great and room was clean to wife satisfaction..hot water didn't get hot but stayed warm..it was ok will return if come back this way
