Location was great as we were visiting the university of Florida. Room was clean, bed was comfy. But shower could have used an update since the room had been. They don't offer breakfast only coffee. The pool was out of order and the ice machine on 3rd floor isn't work. Overall I'd give them a 5 out 10.

Stayed here before apartment lease starts. Calm, quiet place close to malls. Nice and kind receptionists. No laundry service, although there is a laundromat a bit away (bit too far to walk) - consider if you are here for a long time.

Room was filthy and needs upgrading. I will not ever stay there again and people were loitering outside the lobby entrance. Was a horrible experience

The lady at the front desk was exceptional but the hotel really need a total remodeling! The sheets, cover, curtain in very bed condition. And smells terrible! Besides, I found a bug inside the room
