Baymont by Wyndham Gainesville I-75

While staying here, my kids have made friends from other families staying here for a little while and we haven't had that experience anywhere else!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! No room key, neighbours having their own personal rap concerts in the hallway until 3am with no help from the front desk and no breakfast. We arrived at the hotel to check in and the front desk lady (who was lovely) said that the key card machine wasn't working, which wouldn't have been an issue, except she said her manager would have to come and fix it later and we heard her call them both (there's only two) and they both told her that the other was working at that time? So we weren't able to get a key card at all for our entire stay and had to get the front desk to let us in. We also had our neighbours blasting music and singing as if they were performing for a sold out stadium until gone 3am. We tried phoning the front desk on multiple numbers that were supplied to us as we had asked the neighbour to turn the music down but they hadn't, but there was no answer from the hotel despite them supposedly being 24 hours. We ended up getting very little sleep and felt very uncomfortable all night. In the morning, we told the front desk and they just shrugged and did not care at all. The breakfast finished at 9am and we arrived at 8:15am and there was no breakfast there except for a pile of sausages with 45 mins still to go. There weren't even any plates or cutlery available even if there was a breakfast available. This was the worst hotel experience we've ever had due to poor management and a lack of accessibility or organisation. I would not recommend staying here. Thumbs down.

Very efficient Kept the hotel clean. Always asked if you needed anything. Very accommodating. And the front will do anything for you!! Super sweet and very efficient.. Happy with my stay at that hotel!!!!

It was one of the better motels at that price range for me. The room was clean and it was easy to check out.

This hotel need some repairs and tender loving care.

This was the perfect spot to stay at the best price. Thank you for a comfortable night!

No one to check us in at 11 pm

Terrible customer service. Informed we could check in early but when we arrived, was told that they only had one housekeeper and couldn't check-in until 3pm. No call or notification that this had changed so we arrived hours before regular check-in hours. Room was dirty, had to wipe down all services. Sheets had visible stains and were so thin from use. Lobby was dirty and rooms had leaking ceilings. We booked another room at a different hotel that day and demanded refund. Refused a refund from the front desk and was told all refunds had to go through ******* since that was how I booked. They continued to dodge calls from ******* until I finally had to contact my bank to dispute the charges.
