If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The studio was DISGUSTING when I checked in (bathroom wasn’t clean or stocked, and almost all pots, pans, glasses, and utensils were sticky and greasy). When I initially approached the manager with the issue, she mentioned that they had a negligent maid that was recently fired and she didn’t have time to go back through after her and clean the room. She genuinely seemed like she wanted to help me and we discussed the issues with the room at length and came to a mutual agreement (partial refund). I paid in full prior to driving to florida and checking into my room. This happened at the beginning of my stay. They promised that the refund would be seen in my account within 3-5 business days. I had to stay there for 2 weeks because I already paid, and the partial refund was never sent to my account. After 4 WEEKS of trying to sort things out with no resolve, I am now going to my bank to submit a claim because continuous excuses were made. On top of that, there was a group of homeless people in the alleyway consistently to the left of the place, and one night during my stay a woman was screaming for someone to help her late at night (she was shoeless and walking up and down the street adjacent to Depot village). Every time I left the premises I was on my phone with someone because I did not feel safe staying there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
